How do you get money in Singleplayer?

In GTA V Story Mode, how do you get money? I have a topic for GTA Online, here's the link for Online. This is basically the same as the Online one, just less choices. Note: I am a Xbox 360 peasant, please reply with next gen money earning ways for singleplayer if there are more than what I have put!

Finish story mode, play Lester's missions and listen to him to buy/sell stocks in a suitable moment.

I didn't put main missions in there because only 7 non-hiest missions give money, and since you can wait to do the Lester Assassination Missions, I count them as sidemissions. Also, I only put ways that let you keep on doing it over and over.

1: Counted as cheating.

2: No money cheats in normal GTA V, so you use a trainer.

3: Only ways that can be done on all consoles, so no mods.

No. Some property jobs, like Downtown Cab Co., give you money right after finishing them, and the weekly payment.
