Mod that stops disappearing spawned cars

Does anyone know if there is a mod that stops cars from disappearing when you spawn a few of them. It seems that I can only have a few cars on the screen at. Time. They then disappear quickly. Any help finding one?

It seems you missed the point of OP.

I am also looking for a mod that stops vehicles from de spawning when you move a little bit away from them or lookaway.

Is there a mod out there that stops vehicles from despawning as soon as you move away from them? I'm trying to do a video showing off a few cars but when I drive away and come back all cars have de spawned.

easier way: go into menyoo vehicle options and PV options, save each vehicle as Personal vehicle by sitting in and clicking save option (don't worry the cars saved into memory on map are temporary, restarting the game clears all PVs blips and vehicles)
