How to sell / trade Warehouse

Question how do you sell or trade a warehouse ?

 

 

trying to trade a medium for closure medium to my offices

I just tried to replace one big warehouse with a medium one but looks like you cant buy a smaller one

Is there a limit to how many you can own?

u can own only 5 but im not trying to buy one, i want to trade 1

When you purchase a second warehouse you have 2 options.

 

1. Empty Warehouse -> Having a second warehouse. Select this to have second warehouse.

 

2. The Other warehouse(s)'s name -> Select this to replace a warehouse.

Yep you just select the slot of one you want to replace, you get 50% trade of your cost back.

so I'm assuming you have to press the buy button first before you see those options ?

I had a small warehouse, I wanted to get a better location, so I bought another small warehouse,I hit confirm to purchase then they gave me the option to trade the warehouse that I already own. That trade in went into the purchase of the new warehouse.

Except that's ONLY if the one you choose is the same size.

 

Unfortunately, you can't downgrade.

the fact that you can't sell a warehouse on its own and it has to be traded in for it to sell off is ridiculous. I've 2 small and 2 large warehouses and i want to get rid if the small ones but i have to trade them for another warehouse. That's a load of crap

And you no longer can trade in a warehouse for a smaller one, i used to  be able in the PS4 days
