I'm just happy most seem to pick Arcadius and Mazebank, I traded in Maze Bank after 5 minutes of ownership, for spot outside the mayhem that has become the city center.

Exactly what I have experienced. If there are people outside, I just chill for a min and then leave when it calms down a bit. Not too bad.

 

However, I do really like that beach view...

For me, at Maze Bank West, the animation says the 25th floor but when I get out of the animation it says 21st.... Soooo ..

And you can easily get away too if somebody was outside, go outside to the roof grab the chute and fly away. You can fly straight to the helipad near the beach

It really depends on what layout you choose.

 

I have Ice so it puts me on the 21st floor at the Maze Tower. If you go with, let's say Vintage. You'll be on the 25th floor.

Who the f*ck cares what floor your elevator says you're on? When I look out my Maze bank office window I'm looking DOWN at the other offices. You can tell me it's the 5th floor for all I care, but the actual view clearly puts me higher up than the poor slobs in the Arcadius building.

For me, I prefer Lombank West, because it has views of downtown LS and Vespucci.

It's moronic to choose stuff based solely on higher price. Was so since the Adder vs Entity racing days.

 

I prefer the Arcadius Business Center simply because I like it better than the others. It's still conveniently in downtown center, but actually feels like a more legit office, with its drive-in entrance and an underground garage. But the views of downtown offices are all underwhelming IMO.

You should know by now, R*'s second most expensive item from an update is always better than the most expensive..

 

Plus, the helipad is easier to get to IMO too.

I bought Maze, cos it was the most expensive one and the most centralized office... When I leave with the buzzard I can 'glide' down to wherever my crates have spawned... Which I like alot... No need for me to start ascending first, in order to get above the building or certain hills... No, I start at a good and useful altitude...Like some already said, you can even parachute down and glide a long and distant way down...

 

I like it alot and won't trade it in for anything else... IMHO it's more than worth its pricetag...

Just because one is listed on a higher floor doesn't make it better. That said, I like the Arcadius location better. Right across the street from one of my apartments and the ground floor entrance is positioned better for me. Also a tad quicker to get to the roof entrance from outside, since I don't have to fly as high. I also like that I can park a personal vehicle in the underground parking garage without too much fear of someone blowing it up just because they saw it. Not a big thing, but it all adds up.

Let's get real here, functionally the best one is the cheapest one, the Maze Bank Tower #2. The only differences between the four offices are location and the view, and stuff like the view and location are trivial and besides that they are subjective.
Functionally it's the best because it does everything all the other offices do.

And I love this fact about Rockstar. They release an office for one million and four million... and people complain that the fully pimped out Maze Bank tower office is 6.6 million "omg Rockstar made this update so expensive!" or people who bought the most expensive office somehow try to argue that it is better in some meaningful way "m-my view is better"

When they release an update they always have stuff reasonably price... but then they also have more expensive options that do not offer any extra mechanic or functionality to the game like golden jets, yachts, Maze Bank Tower #1, the more expensive apartments that are identical to the cheaper apartments etc... and people complain that they can't get the Golden Jet.

 

I own the Arcadius tower office, I spent 1.25 million more knowing it wasn't going to give me any real benefit, and I'm not going to defend the Arcadius tower is better, or the main Maze Bank Tower is better or that Lombank is better. I got the Arcadius Tower because I had money to spend, didn't really care, I just like the tower better. But I'm not going to trick myself into arguing the Arcadius Tower is better.

The roof-access was the clincher for Lombank for me. I love the view, but zero stairs saves a lot of time in little pieces over all those trips from and to the the office.

Plus there's a medium warehouse only a couple of blocks away as a bonus.

Actuall the 1mil Maze Bank West has the best view IMO, but the surroundings are a huge let down for me
