I love the arcadius office surroundings, e.g. The front door parking area, the parking garage, the podium, the fact that it's unique circular appearance.

 

One thing that bugs me is that the office itself has a flat window while the building it self doesn't

Yes, business elevators have floor numbers, with the office numbers next to them. Some only have the office number.

At least thats what its like the in the offices ive been to.

I just love how i can see the maze bank tower from there

I like to be up there in the clouds looking down with my Arcadius office.

 

I know its a small problem to have and I've seen all the views of the 4 offices and I am happy with what I chose. I like to feel like I am above every building and it feels that way with Arcadius. The vantage point and the view is great due to height.

 

Don't worry, its GTAO. You'll be looking at the clouds all the time.

 

also pretty dam sure the building behind me is taller than arcadius

Which office is like the weaze tower equivalent? Money isn't a issue but I do not want to spend something if I'm going to buy one or the other. I want a nice view of the city I love seeing the city at night so that is very crucial. Thx in advance

I would recommend maze bank west view of the city and the movie studios or lombank has the view of the beach and the pier

It depends on the view you like the most.

 

1) Maze West ($1M) faces South-East, you can see the movie studio & Downtown Los Santos from there.

 

2) Lombank West ($3.1M) faces south, you can see Del Perrio pier, Vespucci Beach, Downtown Los Santos & any Yachts moored in Vespucci.

 

3) Arcadius Tower ($2.2M) faces south, you can see the skyscrapers surrounding it ... And it have a cool plaza\entrance.

 

4) Maze Tower ($4M) faces north, you can see the FIB building, IAA building & Vinewood hills.

I bought the most expensive office possible. I am on the 21st floor of the Maze Bank building. However, what I am more concerned about is the amount of cash, drugs, and other illegal items laying around... All while my windows are open, pointed directly at the FIB building. SHUT THE DAMN BLINDS!!!

Lombank = best

 

Pros:

• Fairly quiet over there as it's not the most or least expensive
• Best roof/helipad-access of all locations (no stairs to climb!)
• Sweet view of the beach (more great views from the roof)
• Closest to most-common yacht locations (applicable if you use the yacht as spawn location)
• Lots of available cover near the front entrance and special driveway-access from the main western road
• A medium-size warehouse is only a few blocks away

Cons:

• Second-most expensive (but do you really need to spend nearly $800,000 extra to make it a spawn point?)
• Way over on the west side of the city
• Fairly close to the $1M office
• Not a super-tall building (Personally, I think that's a Pro item, but some people want tall buildings even if they aren't viewing from that height)
• Few large-size warehouses are even close to it
• Can't flaunt your wealth, yet can't be a cheapskate either

When I enter my Maze Tower office, I exit the lift on 25th not 21st.

I like my office in the Arcadius Business Center. The location is quite close to a couple of large warehouses, right in the middle between my appartments, and the helipad is much closer to my usual helicopter travel altitude than the Maze Bank Tower one. Plus I am a roleplayer and in character my character's business office has always been in that building, so there is that.

If not for these mostly practical reason I would have chosen the Lombank office, hands down. The view is just great.

I'm starting to have Buyer's Remorse over buying the Maze Bank (Main) office. Often times, it is a full blown warzone like Eclipse Towers back in the day.

 

Question: Would trading in my current office for the Lombank office offset the cost by 50% of the MB office, much like trading in one apt/garage for another already does?

lombank sucks so hard, the ceo buzzard doesnt even spawn on the helipad when u get out... worst office ever!!! spread the word!

 

 

 

 

i sooooo love this office!! the flat exit on the roof without stairs, the view from downtown to del pierro pier , the look over to the little mazebank tower, beautiful! and if u land the buzzard manually, its right there where u landed it, in front of the roof exit, no staircae (if u exit and turn right, wlak up to the ceiling, get the camera as close to you and as far away from the helipad, it will spawn on the helipad if u call it)

yes, works with not having enough money, but only the 50% netto buy price, no interior cashback.
