I believe that gta V should have customizable mixtapes while playing gta online that allows you to add any song onto it in the game, and listen to any song on it, and you can go online and add any song in existence on to it, seeing as how gta should have deniability for the player's actions.

There is for PC, it's called Self FM. For consoles, it's not possible hence why many people stream Spotify while playing.

Mods are not permitted on GTA Online, so that is out of the question.

this is the one feature im jealous like ui ui ui about pc players. i wish we could at least make our own playlist with the existing songs on consoles. there are a few songs on each radio station me likey likey hihihi
