I think the way for the OP to go now is to buy a powerful PC with a GTX1080 card, and buy GTAV for PC, so he can take advantage of the nonrefundable shark card.

:) Just kidding... Sorry for your loss OP, I hope you get this resolved. R* should make you provide the cards code on the phone then you could dump the money onto one of their accounts, once their account received the money they could credit your console account the same amount of GTA$. It's not rocket surgery but I doubt they'll help since they already have your money.

But unfortunately, even a supercomputer can't handle GTA V due to how broken the servers are, especially with the inconsiderable amount of lag that prevents it from getting flawless 60fps.
