Humongous Criminal Mastermind Issue

So I finally have a good group, and we're ready to do this Criminal Mastermind challenge. We get to the Prison Break setup 'Station.' We reach the very end, and my friend and I who delivered the Casco, before my friends could bring the schedule back, were just at the bar across the street messing around. Until, my friends get into the cutscene, and midway through for them, my friend who did the Casco with me had a power surge and left. We didn't think much of it, as our progress was fine because the setup failed because someone left, not a death. We did Station again, and regrouped for Wet Work.

 

Going into Wet Work, on the planning board, where you choose which setup you want to do, there was no rankings for Station. I might have been the only one to notice it, but I didn't think of it much. We finished Wet Work in a matter of minutes, and regrouped in a couple more to do the Finale.

 

But we can't. It says we didn't finish Wet Work but we did. Whenever we try to join Wet Work, just to see what would happen, it would give us a warning about our Criminal Mastermind and All in Order awards being reset. Essentially, we did it, and the Criminal Mastermind awards show we did, but the heist didn't register it. (?)

 

At this point, everyone's Criminal Mastermind 'Platinum Progress' is at 7/26, like normal, but with the inability to continue to the Finale. So, the host, being as courteous as he is, decided he wouldn't get any awards and would redo Wet Work with a new group so our awards stay in tact, in exchange for getting the majority of the funds from the Finales. We agreed, and he redid Wet Work with another group. That is, until Wet Work froze on the 'Setup Passed' screen as the awards Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum were rising up. He told me he could still hear what has happening, but only his screen froze.

He restarted his PS4, and when he went back on, his Criminal Mastermind progress was 5/26, AFTER he did Wet Work with another group to keep our awards in tact. No explanation, but it was set back all the way to the same status you would get after just completing the second setup, 'Bus'.

 

The Finale is STILL NOT AVAILABLE. This is tremendously aggravating and while I'm not looking for sympathy, I'm looking for a FIX. This is complete bull--, and we've been putting up with this type of stuff for the last couple of days.

Anyone who might know anything, enlighten me, because I'm sure as hell confused. I've included the PSN IDs, the user's position, and Criminal Mastermind progress as of now in case Rockstar might need to check make a move on something if they notice this.

 

I've also submitted a ticket about it, but I was an idiot about it. (Ticket number is #6602054)
And I'll also be calling Rockstar about this the second their Call Center opens.

Hmmm have u tried calling lester and cancelling the setup then redoing it. Wld that reset your whole progress or just that setup? As of the reset warning doesnt that only apply if u change your crew or change heist completly? Im thinking coz your friend tried it with another crew its reset it for all of you as gta would class him a new member when he rejoined, as your stats wld be different. Not sure.

I think.the only thing you can do is restart that heist and see what happens

CMM has always had many issues. Ive seen guys not get the money or awards.

Good news is you have only done the 1st 7 which are cake.

Your best bet is to just start over.
