How do I get my assistant to notify me of special items because I've completely filled and sold a large warehouse and halfway done filling a 2nd and I have NEVER received any such calls. Is there some sort of requirement I'm missing or what?

It seems random (though there's a suggestion that completing a 2-crate sale may help trigger it, but I doubt that.)

I got a working notification right after my 44th purchase (a 2-crate) was delivered. I'm not sure how many purchases I made before I got my first notification which didn't work.

I'm just a crazy statistician and keep my own records. I don't think the game records any of it, but you would be able to see how many "COLLECTIONS COMPLETED" on the Securoserve computer before you got to the "buy Special Item" screen.

Sounds to me you have two pocket watches and a large diamond.

You can only get as many special items as warehouses you own. So 5 max. You wont be able to get more than 5 stocked.

I can say right now that's not true. I had multiple in a single warehouse(only own one) and a friend of mine had us sell his full large warehouse the other day(he also only owns one) and it sold all crates but the full row (7) of special cargos he had amassed. The both of us have been decidedly lucky about getting them, but the most I can say myself is finish whatever your doing when you're called, and head back ASAP. I've been lucky enough to only be caught on a job once(piracy, friends organization), and I was able to finish the job(2:00 left), quit the organization and rush to arcadius from Vespucci in time to buy it.

Just got a call for a Faberge Egg in a session all alone. Three dots to hunt down on trackify, then six Vagos came after the van carrying the egg. Killed them all, got to the warehouse, then immediately sold it.

It was a film made by Ex Vinewood director Lionel Starkweather,it never made it to the public due to it's graphic deceptions of murder.Its title was MANHUNT..It may not be true but i like to think it is Lol

I first thought there was one special item for each type of contraband, bu that seems to not be the case.

I dunno, I just got a call from secretary and then I went back to office and selected my small warehouse for the delivery... I clicked on that one and then I selected the one crate shipment, which was 25K at that time... So whenever I get another call, I'll do the same (or at least try to)... But tbh, I haven't received another call yet and I just filled up and sold my large warehouse again... I ain't getting more warehouses btw... Why should I? ONe large and one small is more than enough for me...We'll see about the limitation of special items. Could be, ofcourse. But if it's so... I ain't getting more warehouses...
