I got the bigfoot suit, and a Large Diamond.

 

I gotta admit i'm a little disappointed the diamond only sells for 135K,

Never had one, I have a medium warehouse, I've only done 2 selling runs, 1 at about 12 crates just to try it out, the other was a full warehouse (52). I've never had a phone call off my assistant except for at the beginning of each purchase to say "go to the location, there should be no problems" etc. Is there anything in particular you need? I've always done it in empty lobbies - does there have to be other people in it?

 

I also have a medium & play in empty lobbies. Both times I got one I was on my own with an almost full warehouse & it was just after I sold a shipment.

Just got the call immediately after dropping some crates off at my warehouse. Race to the office only to find the same normal crate buying options. That's twice now that the game has done this to me...

I still haven't gotten my 1st call. I had read that if you do 10 successful Buy Missions in a row, the Special Item call will come. Did about 20 in a row so far, and nothing.

I have only gotten the Golden Minigun so far, I haven't sold it just yet, waiting until the rest of the warehouse is filled. But I think its really cool that there are all kinds of rare items mixed in here and there. Makes having the opportunity to acquire one feel special.

I seem to be getting a bunch of these, could be because i alternate warehouses and sell both back to back once full? Best yet is the "blood free" (lol) diamond i paid $19,000 for and sold immediately for $136,000!

Golden minigun... Put it in my small warehouse and I'll dedicate that one to special items... Filling it up will take some time... And hopefully no raid by NPC... So keeping it below 80% full... But, like I said, it'll take some time, as I'm close to another full big warehouse (second time) and I only got 2 special item calls... (first one I missed as I didn't know where to look, so I bought a 3 crate shipment.... I missed the one item higher price, hehe)...

I've noticed after I get her call, I can select any one of my warehouses to purchase that item for. I only have large warehouses, so I have no idea how that may differ with med and small. More detailed, If you get the call after completing a large warehouse, I have no idea if it will or wont allow you to buy it in the smaller warehouses owned (and vice versa).

I don't think that's accurate. Players have posted photos of rare items side-by-side in warehouses.

No. When you get the offer to buy it's for a specific warehouse, so once you pay to buy it it locks in that warehouse as the destination for the item.

I haven't tried to see if the same offer is available to all warehouses (giving you a choice of where to take it before purchase) yet.

You can decide that one of your warehouses will be for the rare stuff and then if an offer for one comes in make sure you can buy it for that warehouse. If there's a cooldown on that warehouse, just wait it out

I have a small warehouse setup for just the special items. I have had only two special item calls in ~100 pickups, both were the ornamental egg.

I kept getting calls for a special item, had one and every time I checked the comp it wasn't there. Bought new warehouse, went to the comp and special item was there without a call to notify me.

 

Are there pics of more than 5 specials in one warehouse?? My friends and I haven been grinding them and no one has got more than 5.

The last two times I got the call I was registered, went straight to the computer and no special item! I've gotten the call 7 times and I have only been able to actually buy the special item once.
