I missed the chance early to get one, now after they put it on war stock I use it for every delivery mission.

You mean you can't? What the f*ck is the point of that? I was about to vote "About time" until I saw your post. There's been loads of times I've been doing solo crates and thought " an Associate with a Cargobob would be great right now".

 

That's just taking the pi*s. what can they be used for then? Can they not be used to transport vans or RVs' ?

They can't pick up any cargo vehicles in the buy or sell missions. The only things they can pick up are regular NPC or player cars.

I'm glad we got them. I wish they came sooner, given that they spawn regardless of rank now (would have made contact missions fun, you could stand up in the back as well) but better late than never. Especially with the Jetsam variant. I always liked hauling huge containers, Simeon's HPV and the PV's of people I don't like. It's a nostalgia trip for me.
