I agree. all landscapes in gta games are well designed. when I first played gta IV and when I first reached the Algonquin area I caught a cab during the after noon hours I rode around in fist person I felt like a tourist. I like that niko is an immigrant and the game gives you a tourist feel. I've never played another game that makes me feel so immersed in the environment. IV made me love NYC. Whenever there was a storm in vice city I always thought it was nice because of the dark clouds, the sounds and the rain on the screen, very memorable.
