Varying payouts for the same amount of crates?

So, my associate and I delivered 16 crates (full small warehouse) twice during the last two days. No rare crates, just the usual thing. Both times when I confirmed the delivery on the computer, the selling price was displayed as $240,000 for 16 crates. First delivery, that went VERY smoothly, with an additional third person. I was surprised to see I got $300,000 for the shipment. The number checked out when I went back to my warehouse computer. Then, we got another 16 crates and did another delivery. Same promised $240,000, but this time, we got under some heat, and the trucks got beat up a bit. When we parked them at the destination, I received $244,800. I mean, sure, I'm happy - both of these sums are more than the promised ones, but it did leave me wondering as for what are the factors affecting the final payout? Damage taken by delivery vehicle? Amount of associates? Other people in session? Does anyone know?

you will randomly receive a call from your assistant notifying you the rare special item is for sale , after end of buying/selling crates

 

known special item :

big foot's hide

gold minigun

large diamond

antique pocket watch

faberge egg

rare film reel

 

warning : sometimes when you do receive special item call , if you check back at the office , instead show up normal cargo

No special items, as stated in the original post. Just regular crates. Both times with a $240,000 stated right next to the "SELL" button.

Amount of people in the session does make a difference.

 

More people = Higher delivery bonus

I have read that the more players in your session (potential threats), the bigger your delivery bonus will be.

A full large warehouse, with at least 25 players in session, will pay $2.22M, with a $500k player bonus added on. I am guessing thre were a lot of people in session and that was your bonus.

I'm pretty anti social and don't meet any randoms but someone should start a thread for like minded CEO's to meet others and coordinate friendly lobbies for CEO work with out fear of losing shipments to toxic free roam players.

Were you in a public lobby? Having other players in the session makes the sale worth more.
