I'm guessing you have an illegal version or something. Because if you had it on steam it would download automatically.

No i brought CD

If you bought the CD, then you should have a Social Club Account.

 

You can not launch the game, without logging into your Social Club Account first.

 

After you login, the Launcher automatically downloads and installs the Updates.

No.

 

No new garages have been added. You can only have 5 properties; plus the new Office from the FAFF Update which does NOT come with a garage.

You should already have them, if you've been playing since March 19, 2016..... when you registered on this website.

 

You've been playing for the past 3 months, and you haven't bought a single garage yet?

 

If not, then yes you can still buy them if you can afford them.

How can i buy garages i cant see them on map

You cant buy them from the map, you can only see them all, and buy them from the internet on your smart phone (in-game) from the Dynasty 8 website...

 

Not the Dynasty 8 Executive website.

 

Or you can just drive up to them and stand next to their For Sale sign and you'll get a prompt asking if you want to buy.
