Associates get 1% of the CEO's reward?

Just like Heists, it's up to the leader to make sure the crew gets paid well. If you run Headhunter, Sightseer, and Piracy Prevention in-between crate runs, your Associates will make more money per hour than if they were to grind missions.

If the CEO still gets profit from these VIP missions, plus getting 2.2 million from full warehouse sales, then why bother being a lowly associate?

VIP missions still don't make up for the sh*t pay, and these missions can get solo'd by the CEO easily in his/her Buzzard, this is why everyone is leaving the concept of working for someone and are working for themselves because Rockstar sucks at balancing anything.

Remember, the CEO can also share the money that they make from the VIP missions. This is why I can sit in my office and watch Netflix while my Associates do Headhunter and deliver my crates. I'm a true CEO.

And as for "balance"? GTA allows CEO's and Heist Leaders to be dicks, to balance payouts, or to be overly generous. It's all up to players.

So let me get this straight, it's okay for your associates to get shafted out of your multi-million revenue because you can share an average of 21K of Headhunter money into a 7K share between three of them?

They worked about as hard as you collecting those crates and defending you from anyone in freeroam, hell, since you yourself said that you sit on your ass all day while they do your work for you then you shouldn't get any profit. This would've been more balanced if Rockstar didn't overprice the crate buys and let a minimum share of 10% between each associate for the warehouse worth OR getting payed 22K per delivery mission as well as a 100K reward for successful sell missions.

I don't share my vip earnings. What my associates make is enough, if they don't like it they can go rob stores or go sit in a job lobby for 20 minutes waiting to start a mission that will earn them 15k.

Attention CEO's and associates....

If your CEO is sh*t you will make sh*t. If your CEO is any good you will make money every 10 minutes that beat mission grinding,race grinding, death match play list, or current dupe glitch (there's a 48 minute wait between sales in which time a good CEO can make and distribute more). Your CEO should be giving 100% of any vip work to associates because of the amount he himself makes on easy sales and Special crates. If your CEO isn't efficient find a new one.

Let's do some math here shall we?

I usually have 2 Associates.

I order 2 crates at a time.

I fill up a Medium Warehouse and sell

We do 4 runs of Headhunter an hour, I give the pay for two to my Associates, split evenly between them.

Associates pay:

10K every 15 minutes + 4x Headhunter +((2x Headhunter)/2) = ~150K an hour

CEO Pay ((735K-168K)+(2x Headhunter x 5))/5 hours = ~135K an hour

Now you seem smart, can you tell me who makes more money per hour?

And another question: Who stands the most to lose if the crates (either pick-up or sale) get destroyed?

Don't come at me with that "holier than thou" attitude when it is painfully obvious you have no idea what you're talking about.

Why thank you, I gladly will, take a seat behind the desk over there and we'll begin discussing some basic maths and economics.

In the following example, we'll be using the following:-

* Large warehouse

* Three crate missions

* Headhunter/Sightseer run between crate missions

* Two associates

* One Pegasus Hydra for the CEO

* One CEO Buzzard shared between the two associates

* My experience

The average time it takes for a CEO to gather three crates by himself would be 8 minutes, as for help with two associates, it takes an average of 5 minutes. So if we run a Headhunter/Sightseer mission in-between crate runs to pass time during cool down, we will make up about 3k in profit as CEO to make up for the crate buy as well as giving a paycheck to the associates, and these take about 5 minutes in average.

From that, we will figure out that we can finish six triple-crate missions and six VIP missions in a singular hour format, thus gathering up 18 crates for the warehouse, 126K hourly pay for each of the associates, as well as netting the CEO 18K in make up for the crate buys.

So with simple multiplication, we find out that the CEO and his workers can fill out the warehouse in 6 hours and 10 minutes in this amount of efficiency.

------------------------------------------------

(Per Hour Gain) x (Hours) = (Total)

18 x 6 = 108 ---> 108 + 3 = 111*

------------------------------------------------

*one more crate run was added to fill up the warehouse to the brim

So, let us multiply six hours with the pay gained from six VIP missions per hour and add one more 21K after all of that hard work:-

126K x 6 = 756K ---> 756K + 21K = 777K

Seems reasonable, right? Wrong. The CEO can make up for himself about 111K from the VIP missions run in-between crate runs to make up for the pricetag of the crates, thus giving him no loss and gifts him with clean profit.

Meanwhile, if all of the crate sales are successful, the CEO receives a nice fat paycheck that reads 2.2 Million Dollars, and if we add in 111K, it becomes 2.31 Million dollars. You can't seriously suggest that 777K is equal compared to 2.32M, can you?

And here you are, using your example as someone who sits on his ass all day in a lonely office listening to the assistant rambles on about her MBA, while your poor old associates are getting chased by deadly accurate NPCs and threatening jet strafes, and this is without considering the cost of explosives and ammo used to ward off said disasters and protect your precious cargo.

You know what's more equal? 400K per hour on Pacific Standard, equal pay and equal work for everyone and no one gets to be favorite, that is if you have close friends.

So I guess you are right, this "holier than thou" guy has no idea what he's talking about, except that instead of pointing your fingers at me it should be pointed towards you.

Class dismissed, don't forget to bring in a spreadsheet related to statistics of this topic, it's the Major Semester project and will account for 15% of your marks.

The Wandering Hunter

Me and two other associates worked almost 5 hours straight gathering crates. When I was at 950k, we decided it was time to deliver.

So yes, like my title says, my associates actually got 1% of what I got... 9.5k... while I got 950k...

Yes, I know they get 5-10k per 15-30min or something but they mostly spent it on ammo & explosives...

So yeah, on top of feeling like I giant asshole, I couldn't even share the cash I made. This is so not fair!!!

Exactly.. It's horrible even asking. You can comfortably do 950k solo in 5 hours anyway. Just ask each other for help at the actual sale.

It is much better to fill the warehouse, the final few crates add hundreds of thousands to the value

I see you failed at basic math. I have two (2 or II) friends I play with. So 3 players. How many players does it take to play Pac Standard?

Also, your figures of running 6 crate delivers and 6 runs of VIP jobs do not take into account travel time nor cut scene times. And you don't even figure in their Associates pay.

But you're right, you sure showed me.

everyone, grind the entourage game mode until the 18th. Just do it with 4 of you who have mic's, take turns to deliver the thing and make the clock go to 5 minutes left and you get 16k a round because its double RP and money. i am doing this and i am becoming a CEO thursday so i can afford the maze bank because that is now 2 million because half price :)

CEO work pays better. No minimum players required. You want that lonely adversary appreciation thread ----->
