Bloody pissed off.

 

First i started a 2 crate collection. There is no mission trigger(as in buy the supplies nor a call from the assistant. My associate dies not recieve it too.

 

Started headhunter after waiting around 5 minutes,completed it and tried again. Lo and behold. Same thing happens and i got screwed out of 16k. This happened on the back of a friend losing 250k when the cloud servers failed to save while processing his sale.

 

Screw you C*.

Trying losing 700k worth of car mods, then getting 250k for the loss and when you ask for the rest of the money being told "you've already been compensated per your loss"

 

so 16k is nothing, headhunter pays more, sightseer pays more, Hostile Takeover-Altruist pays about 16k for 5 mins of work with a buzzard. 250k isn't even that much anymore either. that's 2 hours doing some VIP/CEO work anymore.

Did you submit a request? Right now everyone and their brother is having this happen to them so I'm sure R* will be a little more compassionate about this stuff.

 

the best part was that 100k of the 250k was for the inconvenience... i didn't even want any extra money, just enough to cover the cost of the mods and i gave them a video taking each car to LSC and showing them the mods weren't on my cars, per their request.

Nah.. On second thought i think ill let it go. No point wasting time earning as someone said earlier.

 

You should deffo raise the case with them again. Pressure them by opening new tickets until thry reimburse you properly

TBH i'm over it. I used the money to replace the insurance that got wiped from some of the cars, then pocketed the rest because f*ck 'em. if they had given me the money i would've replaced the mods. I also sold a couple of the cars that were affected, figured it wasn't worth it and the extra 200k could be better used for something.

fact is there seems to be a bug, i've had this issue four times when i bought 3 crates. the mission wont start, assistant won't call and you still pay.

I could make $16K just by rubberbanding the controller while in a contact mission, during the time it took me to read this thread.

 

But I guess it's really the principle of the thing.
