The circle surrounding a VIP or CEO is the vicinity in which bodyguards or associates are rewarded with RP. I believe it's 100RP per minute.

The extent to which the perfume/cologne of the VIP can be detected at near overpowering levels. Good for defence against hostiles, particularly those with a keen sense of smell.

 

 

EDIT: Turns out it's just an RP and health boundary for associates.

I think the longer you stay around your CEO, the faster your pay gets increased. I was around my CEO for about an hour a couple days ago and it went up to 12,000 every few minutes as opposed to last night where I was only getting 6000 after playing with my CEO for nearly 4 hours.

Benefactor-enthusiast repellant. Benefactor vehicles entering the circle will instantly malfunction, and benefactor users get splitting headaches until outside of the circle.

 

This is of course outside of my own intervention where I blow up the car.

That's different, they always respawn next to you during ES.

 

At one point I was going to call my Org STAY AWAY IM INVISIBLE for just that reason.
