If you go off the radar I'll survey the spawn points for a Hydra and blow it up even if you're on passive. If you get to 5 kills first then it's first to 10, but if I get 5 kills first then it means I win."

A freeroam 1v1 for OP is basically hit him once with a bullet and he'll kill himself. Which is pointless, boring and extremely sad. You should take a look at his other "locked" threads and realize how sad he actually is and why no one will challenge him. Only says no rules so he can use the pathetic kill himself tactic. If he couldn't do that, he'd get absolutely slaughtered.
