If you used an IMG editor, make sure to delete the original DFFs and TXDs inside the IMG before adding the modded ones. You should also rebuild the archive afterward. I would recommend using Mod Loader to install mods if you haven't yet. It removes the need to edit or replace the game's files for most mods. You just drag-and-drop the mod's files into a folder inside the modloader folder. You'll need an API loader to use Mod Loader.
