If he is talking about normal VIP work, you can share cash

 

goto back menu find CASH option and share it

 

Given the CEO crate drop work pay is so terrible, if anyone works for while im CEO I will divide my cut from VIP work like Exec Search, Piracy Prevention etc to them to make up for the terrible pay when when doing CEO crate supply work

I think you must have cash to share. The money you gain from VIP jobs goes to your bank account, so if you want to share that amount, be sure to have cash before you start the job.
