So it turns out the Brickade "armored truck"...

It was the one thing I was mostly excited about in this update, thinking it would be a hulking, armored truck, but one explosive takes it down, you can't get inside it, and it's just a big RV lol

It is quick for it's size, but very misleading.. every single person in it is exposed with big windows and then hanging from the sides. Then one explosion or a moderate amount of bullets blows the thing away.

 

If we could go inside it and it could take a beating, it'd be cool.. kind of like the APC in Babylon AD or something.

Same issue occured with the Technical, back when Heists where released. It had no bulletproof tires and was easy to take out because of that. Later it was patched and had BP tires, maybe the same thing will happen with the Brickade?

Possibly, but one of the warehouse upgrades is $95k for BP tyres, so maybe not. Confusingly the CEO Brickade gets BP tyres but not the armour.

 

I was fairly disappointed in the Brickade, then spotted the shelf on the back. Hmm, I though, can you stand/take cover there? That would be logical and tie in with the Mule etc roofs, plus full weapons wheel access! Maybe I underestimated R*!

only if received an upgrade . just tested the creator and RPG rekt brickade without batting an eye with my confusion ( while earlier i saw someone in brickade taking few hits and still going )

Oh, yeah, because R* troll hard a lot of the BUYING vehicles are insanely armoured, I took multiple hits in some sort of box van yesterday.

 

Also ot protip the van with cones on front has a silent siren (orange flashing lights) that still makes traffic pull out of your way

I'd have rather had it just a big old battering ram, but a mini-apartment would do.
