Are you dense? It's been explained to you already. There are only two benefits: different warehouses are in different locations, and there's no cooldown between crate buys if you own more than one (since you can alternate, and fill the other warehouse while the first is still cooling). That's it. Really, one warehouse should be enough for most people. Two should be enough for even serious grinders. 3+ is pointless.

 

The value doesn't rise by owning multiple warehouses. My friend has 3 that are over half full already. You can only sell one warehouse worth at a time and the value is capped.

No, that's the maximum risk. You start filling up the next warehouse and the next after that. After a while you land in a "truce" lobby or are solo in public. THAT's the opportunity to sell full warehouses with minimal risk.

Just 3 mins..... depending on where your office is compared to the warehouse and how you make the trip there depends on what the timer is when you get there.

Divide the total in your warehouse by the number of crates. The more you have in there the more they're all worth, and if you pay attention, selling them all at once pays better than selling a few at a time.

Avoiding 2 minute cooldown time to deliver the next package. Also if one part of the map is too hot you have another option which may not be full of pre-teens camping out with explosives etc.

The value per crate only increase for the warehouse out of which you're working. Whatever you have elsewhere in the city doesn't help.

I always arrive within 1 minute from the job. Saving 2 minutes is a big deal, it's an extra 3 possibly extra 6 crates per hour. That's 42 or 84k

I have 5 and I dont find it pointless. I'm in no rush to sell since money isn't a problem at all so I'm going to have fun filling up 5 then sell at will. Nothings pointless in this game as there is always someone who will find a use for it, that's usually someone who is creative and imaginative.

 

I have 1 for special items, 1 for narcotics, 1 for bullion, 1 for med supplies etc...
