Maybe you have to wait the entire 5 minutes BEFORE using the computer? and can you have 2 special items in the same wharehose? or at lest in different ones? anybody tryed?

Like myself ive been grabbing 3 crates all f*ckin day and i was wondering if maybe if you grabbed singles all day would it spawn?

 

A 111 crate garage would be upwards of 10 mill imagine that LOL

Ive had a call for a special item, problem was the bitch called me when I was in an invite only session. I switched to public and the offer was gone

Yesterday I got a call about special cargo from my assistant. I returned to my office, checked my warehouses (have 2) in computer, but saw nothing then regular cargo with prices from 2000 to 18000. What did I do wrong, and will I recieve more calls about special cargo, or one missed had closed this theme for me?

For me it was like this, my assistant randomly calls me up telling me there is a special item to buy, that it cost more than regular but it's worth a lot more than the regular single item, I rush to my office, log in to my laptop, click on my small warehouse and find "special item" on the single crate tab. The item was some film, cost me like 19k or so, bought it, picked it up, took it to my warehouse then sold it right away for 96k or more then delivered it, 10mins or so to complete.

The special item is under the $2000 item, "single item", it clearly says special item. cost 19k or so. Your assistant will clearly let you know something special is up for sale, u can't miss it.

@bailee, she will call again at some point with another special item. I have picked up 2 special items so far though. A word of warning though, unless you have several warehouses to store multiple special items, sell the item sooner rather than later. I had two special items stored in a single warehouse yet only one was counted for when selling. The other is just sitting in my warehouse as a 'normal' item now

People, stop confusing special cargo with special items. Special cargo is what you buy all the the time. Special items are the ones you get a call for, cost more, and sell for a lot more.

 

@king rossey. Once you answer the call and the secretary tells you to come back to the office to set up the deal, you go to your computer, click on a warehouse, and instead of the top option saying "1 crate, $2,000" or whatever, it'll say "special item", and the price anywhere from 20k to 30k.

She called me during a delivery. So I hauled ass, delivered the crate and the to the Office. Nothing there except standard cargo

The hell? I didn't think she'd call during a job. I've had her call twice the instant a job was done, but not during. This special item thing is hard to figure out.

This is bullsh*t ive had that call legit 4 times and never have once been able to purchase an item. Btw i joined a lobby once and immediately was offered a special item sale so leaving lobbies dosent do sh*t, but shoddy programming does Aparently

She called me, and I went right to the office. It wasn't there so I bought 3 regular crates.

 

The next time I went back for more crates, it was there on the computer. I'm glad I was paying attention because I almost missed it.

As I'm sure most of you know, if you're a CEO with a warehouse, you pick up special crates. Some are funny (vials of Anthrax), some are meh (alcohol). Occasionally, you'll get a phone call from your assistant urging you to come back to the office and act quickly on purchasing a "Special Item". I did so and didn't think twice about it. I was wandering around the warehouse today and got a good look at the special I picked up a couple of days ago. It looks to be a Sasquatch carcass... It cost me $21,000, but it's supposedly worth $105,000.

Both the special item offers I'd gotten were an old Richard's Majestic film reel. I sold the first one, and am hanging onto the second one to see if the next offer is a different item.

Just received the special item call. Went to my office...medical supplies....so I bought one crate. Went back to my office and now it's narcotics. Is the game just broken? I feel like it is. Patch it R*

So I actually don't appreciate special items at all...seeing that I've made 2.7 mil and when I finally did get the special item call 5 mins ago, it didn't even work. So irritating.

I'm quite sure number of crates has nothing to do with it. I wasn't keeping track of crate count, but I got my first special item at around 5% overall capacity, got another one I think it was around 40% overall capacity, then the one I just got, 62% capacity, 230 crates.
