"Transaction Failed"

So I have switched my profile to PC from Xbox One yesterday and whenever I try to buy a warehouse from the office it gives me the error :

 

 

 

 

It's fine with everything else but the warehouses. Although I get this weird note on the right bottom corner every time I do something money related saying 'Transaction Pending' (It gets through after a few seconds). Is this normal for PC? I've never had it over xbox one

 

I've found some topics similar to this but no answer. Also rockstar support hasn't answered my ticket, so I hope you guys have any idea what's going on.

Their PC servers are trash and have been that way since release. I'm having this same problem and can't say I'm surprised. When they released this game on PC they must have reused their old sh*tty servers from 20 years ago because it seems like GTAV PC is the laggiest bunch of garbage I've ever played. Constant server outages, constant failed transactions, constant freezing and lagging. Wish my XB1 worked so I could play on a GOOD GTAV platform.

Not sure if its a server issue, I cannot say I have encountered any other problem.
