Nope, same rules apply as with normal properties. Next time do your homework on updates before investing time and money into them.

Next time do your homework on updates before investing time and money into them.

But it's so tempting when sitting on 25mil :( I would sell my HQ, warehouse, plane, truck and maybe tug if I could lol

Nope. It's like yachts: if you bought it all before asking questions and observing then you're stuck with your bad choices when you don't like them.

You can trade the HQ down to the cheapest and the warehouses down to the cheapest ones of the same size.

 

I'm not dissatisfied with this update ($7.7+M into it). As a solo player I don't expect to ever turn a profit as a CEO; but I got another building to hang my hat in with a nice view, gun locker that I've wanted since 2013, free snacks, and non-expiring CEO powers. I'm also enjoying the Rumpo Custom and all the new clothes.

Don't get me wrong...I still have plenty of money, I just don't see myself bothering with collecting crap for my warehouse...its boring and you really don't make that much money. It's just boring to me, maybe others enjoy the new update and I'm glad if they do but it's not for me.

Quick question, does anybody know if you buy a new office, will it become a second property or will it trade places with the old one, possibly with the money it is worth? I was planning on switching to the Maze tower from the Arcadius building.

You get half back if you replace it. Arcadius is the best one anyway.

Keep the office, it makes you VIP for ever and it spawns you some good stuff whenever you want through the menu.

 

I am so happy i bought the cheapest (nothing more in it, just 1 mil) and the small warehouse, cause i will not stay in the CEO game for ever. Its just the easiest 2 millions i ever made in the game, i got back the money i gave plus a few more. With that money i ll buy the Pfister and the Seven 70, and i plan to make another two just for fun. Then i am done in this day by day CEO thing. I ll keep the office for the goodies and for some sales whenever i am in the mood.

I'd have thought you'd been a big fan of this update due to the troll and griefing potential.

you can trade like a big warehouse for a smaller one ?

IMO Would be nice if you could sell it to another player or even donate it, like handing the keys to your associate when you actually retire.
