Bugatti Veyron Deleted

Hello Guys

 

So as you know, the new update came out. Since then, mostly every modded car I installed is still in the game. The only car that got deleted is my Bugatti Veyron, which is replaced and not an add-on car. I tried to install it again, but in the game only the adder appears and not the Bugatti Veyron. Also, the top speed mod is everywhere the same (my cars can go up to 350 km/h), but for the Bugatti Veyron and Koenigsegg Agera, it changed. The Bugatti and Koenigsegg only go to 180 km/h after the updated (the handling.meta for those two cars are located in the folder update.rpf, which I had to replace in my mods folder for the update). So, how can I reinstall the Bugatti Veyron again and how can I put the top speed of those two cars again to 400 km/h? Thank You
