I'm taking this in as more Koenigseggs. Record-setting speed with a removable top. I do recognize the design and labels has Porsche-like though.

This car goes from pretty(front) to ugly(side and back) fast.

Everyone should keep in mind that the 811 is currently bugged, making the top speed very high if you have higher fps, you should expect R* to fix this soon, just like they did with the Slamvan Custom, which was glitched in the same way. So testing it around a track, even at 60 fps, can lead to lap times that might not be possible after it gets fixed, due to the broken top speed.

Just going to reply to a few posts on the last few pages:

Stop bothering me with these videos, guy doesnt know his sh*t.
You have to break a little bit earlier with the 811, i just got a 0:56:620 on cutting coroners, couple 100th faster than the x80, acceleration is great, good buy!
Wich one though ?
I beleve by now they have atleast 2 cutting coroners
That cutting corners is made by him and its actually "Cutting Coners GP" not the R* one.

If we shouldn't trust a guy who test all vehicles in the game fairly using a single track with statistic, I don't know who to trust or listen to. (For opinions with proof of course)Because he uses the same track for all cars, he is trustworthy? He is a sh*tty driver, but wants to post his videos as soon as possible, thats all i am saying.
You are the creator of Nuburgring right? thanks for that btw!

Broughy definitely knows what he's doing, this track is called "Cutting Coroners GP", and it's longer than the R* created track "Cutting Coroners".

Also, a 56.6 on cutting coroners is a horrible lap time.. I can do under 51 in my T20. (Have only done about 10 laps in the X80, best lap is 51.4 atm)

Looks like you're the one who "doesn't know his sh*t". You definitely can't say he's a "sh*tty driver", he would destroy you in a race lol

A little touch on handbrake on a turn will make your car slip, and then stop the understeer. I'm not saying you should drift there. Or you can simply make a scandinavian flick. The problem is, R* does not allow players to let the car slip just by turning too much, at least on most of cars. And, when they make AWD cars, they completely forget torque vectoring.

Please add me: Polaco_97, so we can make a race and I'll show you this car is faster than many Supers on the track.

A scandinavian flick will slow you down every time in GTA. Anyways I'm always up for a race! I've added you. Anyone can add me if they want (same name in social club), I'm always looking for people to race with (of course without traffic, catchup or slipstream).

If I recall correctly when the osiris was released it broke the CC car record. Something like a high 47. These cars can really move if you get everything right.

Yeah that curb boosting is a big part when just going for time, hate it during a race thougb.

The fastest lap time around CC for a car (without using the pole hit) is 49.249 by Nismo., one of the fastest racers in all of GTA. 47 is only possible if you FPS boost or use a bike.

Ah, thanks for the correction. I know of Nismo., agreed with your other points you made as well.

You're the retard who doesn't know his sh*t. This is Cutting Corners GP, not Cutting Corners.

At least he's better than MrFagFTW and another YTers who make 1000 episodes just to show a car.

Ignorant f*ck.

I tried to go for the Weissach Package look on mine with a Pure White Crew paint job.

I wish the secondary color enabled us to change the caliper hue, because red is boring/annoying now and Acid Green would suit the 811 down to the ground.

Mine has a badge when far

Well I can't help you if you don't see it. It only appears when far. And if you truly can't see it I would suggest reading glassesYou COULD have blown the image up a bit, or zoomed it in.

The front of the Pfister 811 looks okay but to be honest I really hate the back of the Pfister. The custom spoiler doesn't look great neither and in overall, the car just looks too new and modern for me. They should add more old sport vehicles instead of the new ones.

Im a very good driver and a can drive it but this car make me feel sad you are not gone feel wow about this car its sucks so bad

That's exactly how I feel. It makes you unhappy because it doesn't drive 'right. I bet it's the same feeling race drivers feel in the years the teams build unbalanced cars. yepp its like playing forza understeeer its gets booring but but but its fast and can win some laps

The car takes some getting use to and I am sort of warming up to it but as someone that still drives the Turismo on a daily basis and now the Bestia...I find the 811 has major understeer issues. You have to hit the brakes going into a turn and gas it coming out of it. It is not a momentum car like the Turismo or Bestia where you can break the tires, slide ride through and give it gas to straighten out.

The under steer bothers me a lot.

I have level 3 suspension so hopefully lowering it more will help with understeer?

Anything that can fix this?

About the badge,

The game works like this:
-When you're close, the game will load the model with the highest level of detail (LOD), which is the "pfister811_hi" model. This one doesn't have a badge. The "_hi" model is what you're seeing most of the time.
-When you're far, the game unloads the highest LOD model and loads the model with the standard LODs (very low, low, medium, high), which is the "pfister811" model. This one has a badge. You're not actually supposed to be seeing these models as even their highest LOD has blocky seats, steering wheels, and other parts.

If you're running out of memory, the game is more likely to load the lower quality model when you're close (or even standing next to it). On PC you can do that by changing the graphics settings to more than what you can handle, but I doubt anyone would like to sacrifice the framerate and playability for a badge and blocky seats, that are likely to swap into the higher quality model anyway because you're driving it. On last-gen it can be noticable when you enter your car after entering GTAO or after finishing a mission.

Here's an example.
pfister811_hi - Using my standard high settings, not going over the limit.

dstEKRM.png

pfister811 - Here I am going over the limit (5593MB usage, my card has 4095MB). 2K, maxed MSAA, high frame scaling, lots and lots of shadows, etc. Here the badge is visible.

YJZVRgl.png

That badge is either cut content, or it's just another half-assed vehicle seeing how some of the other Finance and Felony vehicles also have issues (that are even more obvious than the badge and embarrasingly passed quality assurance if there actually was one).

It's a wonderful car and I'm glad to see such a following for it after hearing so many complaints.

Sure, it's not as good as many other supercars around the track, just like the Sultan RS isn't either, and I could tell that within seconds of driving it, but that's not the reason I bought it, and not the reason I have the Sultan (or Comet in the sports class) either. I bought it because I LIKE IT... I mean HER... I mean it... (Martin Madrazo). It looks wonderful but needs some careful respray attention as many of the colour combinations don't look good, and some of the body mouldings and front grille grin combinations aren't that great either - so treat it with the care it deserves.

To get back on topic, I'll say this about the spoiler. The actual spoiler itself, the trailing edge over the back end of the car, I think is nice. But I'm not a big fan of the way the leading corners of the spoiler cut into the sides of the car in that swoopy bit.

Yes. The spoiler, as the way the car was designed, it "fits" the car. But the corners of the spoiler, and how it join the body, it is weird. They should've made a retractable spoiler, like on T20.

I haven't heard the sound people are talking about.

My opinion: great car that has understeer because of awd. Same as racing the Jester- you have to brake early but not while you're steering.

It is not the AWD...it is the lack of torque vectoring...

Saying like that makes it looks like the AWD is a bad thing...

Sure, why not...?

I'm just saying awd causes understeer. And that IS a fact.

Edited for quality assurance purposes.

It DOESN'T cause understeer. Most of performance cars with AWD have system such as torque vectoring, which prevent the understeer. Search about torque vectoring, understand it, and then you'll understand the AWD does not cause understeer.

So someone told you about this, you googled it and now it's the gospel.

By the way, you just contradicted yourself. If awd doesn't cause understeer, why would that system be needed to prevent it? Hmm.

Also, this isn't real life. You understand that, right?

No. It is a fact: torque vectoring help AWD system. And AWD system is great, just need to be applied correctly.

The AWD is a bit complex, please watch it:

The white is RWD. The silver, AWD.

See how AWD turn even better than RWD? It is not always the case though, depends a lot of factors, like distance between axles, weight distribution, wheels, even tyres.

The system is there to IMPROVE car performance. In a AWD sport car, you want the best of it. The AWD can give you it.

It is like saying "if RWD is so good, why traction control exists?" - Not everyone is a proffessional pilot, which can control many types of oversteer. But everyone who buys a performance car such as...BMW M3, C63 AMG, etc, want to have fun, but still need safety, control, the best of it.

Understand that, every sport car nowadays need these. I'm not even talking about rules of each country, which require system such as ESP, TC, etc. I'm saying that, we have a lot of power nowadays on these cars, we must be able to control them. Nowadays, we have reached a point that, many cars without these electronics would be a sh*t.

Seriously, search how AWD works, how torque vectoring works.

And, we have even examples like the Godzilla (GT-R), Lamborghini (Diablo, Aventador, Gallardo), which are great because their traction, and guess what, they are AWD! And, if you still think that's bullsh*t: many RWD cars use torque-vectoring too, because the TC and ESP can't do the whole job. An example:

Yes, it is not real life, but the game can simulate a lot of things: drag, torque, acceleration, power, brake. Why not the torque-vectoring? It would give cars their real performance, and you'll feel the real difference between an old car (i.e. Coquette BackFin) vs a new car (i.e. Coquette).

A scandinavian flick will slow you down every time in GTA. Anyways I'm always up for a race! I've added you. Anyone can add me if they want (same name in social club), I'm always looking for people to race with (of course without traffic, catchup or slipstream).

Yes, it may slow you down, but give you the perfect angle and line to join the turn and make it. It is not all about speed, it is about time.

Love the front on this car, not to sure on the muffin top sides that form into the spoiler, tho.

Taking those flab rolls into account I went with the theme: Alien with love handles. (paint code is #242E31FF if anyone is interested)

You COULD have blown the image up a bit, or zoomed it in.

That won't really change. Unless your screen is sh*tty. But since so many have a hard time spotting the obvious, here's the clearest, brightened, zoomed in picture I could get.

Thought I would hop on here real quick at let you guys know - if the repeated suspension clunking when at speed is driving you crazy like it was with me, don't use the other spoiler. On a hunch I tried going back to the stock one after I noticed the stock version of the car in a race wasn't doing it, and voila, repeated clunking gone.

You would probably lose the vehicle's ability to reach those high speeds in that case.

The Slamvan Custom's hotfix was removed though - at least on PC. I'm still able to surpass 170mph in the Slamvan Custom on PC with just the Engine upgraded to Level 4 and either of the rear spoilers.

RSG didn't change the Banshee2's handling data despite them having the chance to (several game updates), so they're "using the rear suspension bounce/ knocking" as their way of giving the Banshee 900R the extra performance it should have (despite it causing some issues for some people in some corners).

i just reached a top speed in ! 190 mph

Here's the proof. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=713331339

As other people have pointed out, the in-game speedometer cannot be relied on. It can only be used as a reference to the speedometers in other vehicles, it's not to be used as an indication of your current vehicle's speed in the game (good example was used above with the Truffade Z-Type).

lol Broughy just broke a lot of hearts.

not mine don't care about him or his stupid videos

Finally someone who has a brain of their own for once around these parts. Leave it to GTAF to pounce on youtubers for being assholes and morons, then praise one youtuber like their word is royal decree.

OT: Found my 811 design. Gotta get pics of it, but it's running fantastically. I am a speed demon, and taking off down a long highway is the greatest feeling you could have in this car.
