Im all for some changes if the missions would get unlocked for private lobbys (I actually want more NPC attackers) but the changes you suggested simply do not fit with what I want. If you want diffrent change or have a diffrent opinion on stuff fine, post your opinion. If I agree with your opinion I will post that I agree with you, if I disagree with you I will post that I disagree with you and why I disagree with you. It seems to me that you are the only one who has a problem with that.

Why are you so fixated about not wanting the updates being playable in private lobbies. Who cares if we could do them in private lobbies there are still plenty of players for you to attack in public lobbies. You refuse to accept others opinions while claiming your own about decreased payouts for playing in private lobbies. It wouldn't be fair since your still spending the same amount of time collecting/selling stuff in a public lobby as someone would be in a private lobby. Your like no it won't happen and argue with anyone here who disagrees with that. They could easily make it a thing. And before you say they don't mess with "old code" than why do they keep changing vehicle physics so d*mn much. You don't wanna see the game change since it wouldn't cater to you as much anymore. Them playable in private lobbies would give you another way to play the game instead of being forced to play it there way. Thats not the spirit of gta. I hope more and more people start playing in solo public lobbies as a protest to them not being playable in private lobbies. Until they make them playable in private lobbies I and a lot of people are going to continue playing them in our own "private lobbies". The MC Buzzard, Post Op van, Trash Turck, Bagger, Dodo, Pounder (or is it the Yankee, I don't get that one often), Ratloader and Burrito are all buffed to take 3 RPGs before being destroyed. While I haven't checked, I would presume the Dinghy is also buffed.

You seem to think I have time to edit a video to make it look like a buzzard is buffed, hack the xbox one, upload the video, transfer that video to youtube and post it here to make your you are wrong. As above regarding faking the video. Deny it all you want, the fact is the vehicles are buffed however since posting the video that was requested it seems this has become a moot point since a simple buff isn't what's wanted, full blown invincibility is what's actually wanted. I'm not. It's been a while since I said they shouldn't be in private lobbies. I posted suggestions on how to make it more attractive to Rockstar since they don't seem to have made it available in private lobbies and don't seem to have paid any attention to the petition. I don't work for Rockstar, I don't get to decide what lobbies they are playable in, whining at me isn't going to help you get Rockstar to change it. I don't understand why you're so salty towards me for pointing out things people seem to be ignoring, forgetting or just unaware of.

To be fair, when someone posts a video that was requested and it's immediately disputed because of lizard men I feel intelligence may not be too plentiful here.

 

To sum up, once again, just so I know the rules of this discussion;

Nobody is to oppose the petition

Nobody is to provide other suggestions which may help convince Rockstar to make the sales playable in invite only

Anything that goes against what those who have signed the petition is a lie and must be proved otherwise

Any proof will be disregarded because of lizard men and aliens

Even if the proof was real it is redundant because it's no longer relevant to the conversation

A buff is not a buff unless it can withstand hundreds of explosive minigun rounds or better, makes the vehicle invincible

 

I'm sure I've missed something but I believe that pretty much sums it all up, right?

Like I said multiple times by now, I doubt that they are buffed and even in the case that they are indeed buffed they way you provided "proof" for this buff is so insecnificant that I personally would not call it a buff.

As previously asked, what would you consider as proof to these sale vehicles being buffed? Video is obviously not acceptable because, let's face it, there are so many fake GTA videos out there... The only time I remember I said something along the lines of this was when you wanted me to disproof your claim that the dodo survives an impact with a pylon and I said that its not my job to proof your claims, if you want proof for something proof it yourself.

All being fair Black-Dragon96, I too have noticed and benefited from the added damage biker sale vehicles can take.

 

I can confirm I've completed sales in a Buzzard and on Bike after taking one rocket on each, I've also bounced off a cliff edge in a Dodo and lived to press on...

 

Not proof as such, but in my experience (on PS4) I've noticed a buff...

 

As mentioned by Demonic, weather I feel it's enough is simply another discussion. Personally I do feel they would be fine IF we weren't always shown on map to all, then we'd have more chance to make the buffs work more for us as we could nip in and out of hiding places rather than be constantly shown. As players can just see us all the time, even after killing them and trying to move along is tricky as they'll just pull up a weaponised vehicle and get back to following...

 

Get rid of the time limit when PvP moments do come too, often time stops us from fighting back, but running is no different as we're always seen...

 

One small change, remove blips - unless a player causes drama, makes the whole dynamic change IMO... And the buffs would be more noticeable, I feel.

GR sales with PU Insurgent/5 drop offs work like this too. Once you reach the drop off area you get an off radar bonus. I tested it, it even works if e.g you fly a helico while your associate drive the PU Insurgent. I guess the off radar bonus won't apply though if you take too much altitude, just like during Executive Search. But at least you can NOE with Savage and hide behind buildings. I did that, it was a lot of fun, some randumbs tried to find us to get the 2.000 dollars, and they landed in a war movie .

Can't do sales or supplys in solo though. You can't even do contact missions, races, LTS, DM, adversary modes, sports, heists, survivals, parachute races... in fact, all you can do in solo sessions is walk around in freeroam and buy sh*t from stores, mod cars, watch TV and go to the movies. Where does the "Online" part come in to any of that?

 

It's pretty clear that the "Online" in GTA Online is indicative of playing with other players. The trailer for GTA Online clearly shows it is a game built for multiple players to interact.

 

 

 

 

If that's not the right trailer I will change it later, I'm currently at work and can't see it.

The NPCs added to the jobs are just token adversaries to make for some variety and basic structure, but they are rudimentary by design and therefore comprise nothing more than a bit of background furniture, a set of props to play against. The game shouts loud and clear that the intent is for player interaction.

 

How some people on here are seemingly unable or unwilling to grasp the simple concept is beyond me.

If its a "multiplayer" game why can we play the updates in public solo lobbies? You can also do races by yourself. You get like $8000 for winning a 8 minute race.

Public solo? Where do I find that option?

 

Also, freeroam events are not triggered until the session has a minimum number of players, I believe it's 6 however may be wrong on the amount. You are therefore unable to play the freeroam event update in "public solo" lobbies. You are unable to play PP, Exec Search and some MC work in solo public lobbies. You are unable to play some biker contracts in solo public lobbies.

 

Public solo lobbies are not an official option.

 

You can earn billions of GTA$ per hour using glitches, nobody would ever think to post them in the topics complaining about low pay. Glitching is glitching much like a buff is a buff.

Blue Sultan's... (I know you choose to ignore these, often, but they are real man. Radical I know, lol)

 

It seems it was intended to allow lone play when it does happen naturally, otherwise those enemies would spawn in a public regardless of player count, or we'd be forbidden to continue playing these businesses until players are present... Nothing actually stops lone play, nothing officially denounces it either... We're all guessing at interpretations at best. And it's mixed up from R*'s end to be definitive I feel.

 

Just people are getting wise to how to get there, some force it more than others is all...

 

Online = Multiplayer does it?... Hmmm, aside the fact that choosing a solo/invite only session from story going into online has been here since day one, granted, it restricts certain elements,, but if you want to, it's there, legitimately (obviously)... I'm playing Gran Turismo 6 at the moment bub, been playing online modes vs. the computer to bump my bank on the seasonals/drift challenges (those that play know what they are, free cars, big cash, yada, yada, yada)... Not raced/met/spoke with another, not through a lack of others asking, just I want some fun in an old favourite, and some practice to shake the laziness I picked up driving in GTA. Simply put, after GTA, I just want the commitment free peace, lol...

 

Regardless, this, like with posts from Black-Dragon96 and Demonic are simply going round in circles... Facts are facts as we all know, and there simply isn't any from R*... Other than the mixed messages they send out and leave us to assume from them... Blue Sultan's/NPC's being one argument for solo, bonuses in busier sessions (no matter of opinion of weather it's worth it to you or others) too, could be used as examples to explain that lone sessions are valid. Likewise, patching easy ways into sessions alone COULD be used as an interpretation of the direction the game is heading now...

 

The next large DLC, if there is one (I expect so, one day) will tell more... Simply if more is done to squeeze solo sessions, fair play, but if, like with Bikers and I/E, nothing is done to actually stop solo publics being used, then, IMO, it's players choice...
