*Tony Montana*
Does it seem like the bottom of the barrel started coming in at the start of 2003? Now don't get me wrong there are some decent people that have joined and that do post worthwhile topics with interesting info. But have you noticed that majority of the poeple with stars have just joined in either Jan 2003 and Feb 2003? Also I have never seen so much spam and useless repeated topics as I see now. Scroll down and 1/4 of the topics are locked from noo...er new members posting such topics and bitching, complaining about someone else's topic like it says Moderator next to their name.I posted this in this topic because this is where I notice it . Along with the Gameplay forum. I might deserve a star for this being a pointless topic but I had to get it off my chest. Is anyone else on the same level as me? Or am I just being an azzh0le? Ballistic Jello
Yeah, and some of these things have been known since day one. For example, everything ryan price posts. Every post he makes should be shut down immediately and he should be banned, permanently. Some of these newbies can't use the search button, but they can take the time to make a new post that we have known forever. We use to have more smart people than stupid people on here. It seems like the newbies think that the people who were already on here are too stupid to find Vice City's glitches and other weird stuff. Grrrrrrr. This never used to happen with the GTA3 forum. Somebody would post a glitch or a new find once, then everyone would congratulate them, then everybody knew. Now the newbies post everything they can think of. I think we should have a 3-week non-posting probation period for all newbies. They should have to read a new tutorial about how to use the forums, teaching them how to post topics in the right places, use the search button, make their avatar the correct size and so on. The mods wouldn't have to lock as many posts or give as many stars and the rest of the community wouldn't be polluted by spam. Anyone else like my idea? *Tony Montana*
It's gotta get old for the mods to pretty much search through each topic to see if it needs to be locked or someone needs a star etc. None of this stuff was needed months ago when I joined let alone before I was even around like some people were.
