For once I don't expect something to exceed 500k. I mean it's a rusty old tug, it being THAT expensive would be completely preposterous. Well...We've seen clothes with absurd price tags so...Expect the unexpected.

I'm pleased with the Toro I bought long ago, then the Pisces as well. No more boats for me. Having said that, I'll be fine changing my mind after the Tug is released and we see what's up with it.

Well if running it aground makes the game run at 1fps like in GTA IV then I can see it having trolling purposes...

 

...but since that is unlikely, not sure there is a use for it, but it's neat to see yet another IV classic returning.

Yes but I will get it anyway. I liked driving the tug in IV and if purchasable I will pay any amount to own it in GTAO.

Sadly, even if we can buy it we likely can't make a race with it. We can't make a race with the Marquis sailboat and I fear the tug will be the same.

This is GTA we are talking about though... a game in which a rusty truck that costs $2000 suddenly costs over $900K when it gets a machinegun on the back bed.

I have it. It's slow, it's sluggish, but it's big so it's fine to me.

 

Like the Marquis you aren't going very far if you spawn it in the Alamo Sea, but it goes further than the Marquis down Raton Canyon before stopping due to its lower height (Marquis can't even make it across the first bridge). You'll beach yourself after jumping down the waterfall.

This thing............................is slow.

 

And I don't just mean slow, I mean SLOOOOOOW. It's slower than the sail boat. It's slower than the subs. Hell I'm convinced my character can out-swim this thing. If Slowpoke was a boat instead of a pokemon, it'll be this. If the Faggio was slower and could float, It'll be this thing. I'm not thoroughly convinced it even has an engine, I'm pretty sure it moves via the ocean's current. If I drive it from the helipad area out to the open sea, I'll have enough time to help Leonardo DiCaprio save Ken Watanabe from limbo.

It is one of the often-requested vehicle to return because:

1) It's big

2) It was in GTA IV

3) There have been static models in Los Santos since the beginning

 

It would have been better if it could survive rockets and become a make-shift battleship, but I don't think anyone really expected it to be practical.
