What specs are enough to run GTA VCS on ppsspp (android)?

I am going to download GTA VCS to play with the ppsspp emulator on my android phone.

I have a phone equipped with quadcore nvidia tegra 4i 1.7 GHz and 1GB ram. Will it be enough to run GTa Vice City with 30fps?

I have Manhunt 2 which runs a solid 30 fps constant, if it helps.

I have a droid incredible 4g lte that has lesser specs than your phone. I switch the save files between android and pc. Although the pc is better, playing vcs with my phone is playable, but the audio is not very good. It has gotten better by using the latest build of ppsspp. I think the settings are kind of phone specific, so you could mess around with the settings to make it work well enough for you.

If you have a memory card, you can run the game from there with the ppsspp. If your phone does not have a memory card, I think there are european cso files that are around 350mb.

My phone is acting up right now, but from when I had the option to view fps, it went up to 60fps, and I had the settings to limit the fps to no higher than 60fps.

Here are some settings to start with, and you can tweak them to see what works with your phone.

Try these settings first and then if they don't seem that good, change them one by one to see what works for your phone. Sorry, no screenshot, but everything seems okay maybe 70% percent of what Vice City app looks like without any mods except for the audio which is pretty choppy.

I am playing this now on my phone and the audio is often choppy. There are no other performance issues.

I have an S3 that I use just for games. It has 2GB RAM and 7.1.2 Android ver. You could probably run it with Frameskip set at Auto or 1. The thing is, this game dosen't require much of the phone's RAM, which results in most of the phones being able to run it. Do keep in mind that you need at least 2.5-3 GB of Internal memory (extraction process). After you have extracted the game, you can delete the RAR/ZIP file. Hope this helped.
