Mac Tonight
A REAL rock station for once. Not this soft rock and pop rock sh*t. Last good rock station was V-Rock from VCS. I mean, I liked some of the tracks from LSRR and LRR, but they were such a jumbled mess of sub-genres that it didn't have a consistent theme. Have you listened to TLAD/EFLC's version of LRR? That was pure perfection! Go To Hell by Alice Cooper alone made it the best radio station in the whole series. Name THREE radio hosts from the HD universe that are anywhere near as good as Julio G from Radio Los Santos, Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith from K-DST, Sage from Radio X, Toni from Flash FM, or Lazlow from V-Rock. And no, the talk radio stations don't count. Iggy Pop, Jimmy Gestapo, Juliette Lewis. Better stations overall. GTA V had some stuff that was really not needed. Like all of the weird hipster sh*t they added in. With the old games, the radio soundtracks usually reflected upon the popular genres of the era they were covering. But in V it feels like they added stations just to make the selection look bigger. I'm not saying Rockstar has to pander to the masses and not include anything that isn't mainstream. I'm just saying that they could have focused a bit less on adding more stations and focus more on making better stations. Quality over quantity. I hated how the Rock & Punk stations were full of mainstream sh*t in V. LSRR was sh*tty soft ballads, and Channel X was sh*tty California Punk with bands that sound like f*cking amateurs and vocalists that sound like f*cking sissies, bland boring sh*t. LCHC in IV on the other hand was aggressive as hell, had a lot of energy to it, and had some killer songs and solos. The Lowdown was pretty nice though. Rebel Radio was suprisingly good too. I agree with you on EFLC's LRR, but it's a shame that it was only DLC and not in a full release. Iggy Pop was good but nothing spectacular really, I agree fully on Jimmy Gestapo. Never really got around to fully listening to Radio Broker, usually just flipped to something else. Oh my GOD was LSRR a trash heap. I avoided that station like the plague until the current gen release came out, when they actually put some good stuff on there, but they mixed it in with all of the crap, so switching to the station is like spinning the Wheel of Misfortune. I was really hoping that the X in the name would mean that it would be a similar station to Radio X with the grunge and alt-rock from the 90s, but instead we get this stupid sh*t. LCHC was good but it didn't have that many tracks, which was disappointing. The Lowdown is nice but I would have wanted some stuff from the 80s, like what Fever 105 had. I think Rebel Radio only got good after the Current Gen release. B Dawg, Mister Pink, Ivan1997GTA and 3 others

Big Mike
This song. This song just seems perfect for GTA. Every time I hear it I have an urge to play GTA. I sometimes listen to it on my radio while having shootouts with the cops. Insomnium and The Dedito Gae
Homemade Dynamite
Since we were denied this in GTA V with PMR getting the cut and being replaced with that awful VBR, I would like a station that plays '90s/early-'00s rock and metal here to make up for it. Bands like Deftones, Faith No More, Mudvayne, Korn, Linkin Park, A Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, Third Eye Blind, Blink-182, Incubus, Rob Zombie etc. would give me that nice nostalgic feel of that period as I drive. I didn't know about PMR until now. Sounds like it would have been great. @Shyabang: Would be nice to have an oldies station. Personally another 90's one would be great: Remember we had Shaun Ryder play as Maccer in San Andreas? But was his band Happy Mondays never in GTA? He looks off his face on pills here in - Would make good driving music. Personally, I would love an electronic station with mid to down tempo "IDM" or "Braindance." with huge overtones of ambient music spanning the decades from ideally 70s/80's onwards.. Often this type of music fits will over many different scenarios so I believe it would be really nice in a game, despite my own personal bias of just wanting to hear what I like and discover new stuff a long the way. Insomnium
Definitely a metal station. Something between 1980 and 2011. But not only mainstream, more of underground stuff, like Stigma. Luna 51
We've had a 70's and 80's Soul/Funk station, I wish a 60's Soul station was on a GTA, maybe some Otis Redding and "Classic 5" Temptations. Fishers Fritz
I'd like a Rock Radio Station like LRR from GTA IV. LSRR was a good station too, but some song on it didn't fit (Circles in the Sand for example) and it was too pop-like in general. I'd like to hear some songs by AC/DC ( , etc.), ZZ Top ( , , ), Deep Purple ( ) or Pink Floyd ( ). And then a rock station with some softer rock respectively rock ballads: Slade ( , , , , ), Deep Purple ( ) or Pink Floyd (Comfortably Numb (especially that one would be amazingly epic )). In summary, a mixture of Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Classic Rock and Glam Rock would be fantastic. Luna 51
no biggie smalls, no big pun, no onyx, no jay-z. I was actually surprised that the Liberty Jam (LCS) didn't have Jay-Z or Biggie on there, as well as Big L, Nas, and Wu-Tang Clan (Despite my hatred towards them). It would've been great for the Classics to return in EfLC and have it more hardcore like the Liberty Jam in LCS. Mister Pink
I would love to hear a Tim & Eric written radio station. They do TV shows similar Gardening With Maurice. They could even have a section with Dr. Steve Brule. They can make amazing cringe-adverts with surreal humour like the 3D-era. It could be a PBS-style station. Even listening to some of these ads can translate to radio.. Dr. Steve Brule... They do similar ads for things that don't really exist but are hilarious... YA BOY DIRT
you mentioned Warp Radio in the OP, I'd love more trap/breaks/grime like some of the tracks in Sleeping Dogs, could perhaps be hosted by Dillon Francis, Rob Swire, or Bob Rifo (pretty unique personalities outside of music) I distinctly remember this one because it was by Hudmo and I added it to my music almost immediately. I'd also like some more bass music too, stuff like Noisia, Bloody Beetroots, Congorock, Crookers, Le Castle Vania, Designer Drugs, etc. Edited August 19, 2016 by YA BOY DIRT Ivan1997GTA and Mister Pink
Mister Pink
Yes, I remember that track. Something kind of Eastern sounding about it too. Yeah it was nice to see the Warp Label have their own radio station. I wonder if they'll pair up with Rockstar in the future. It would be a very British collaboration. We could have Boards of Canada (fellow Scotsmen to Rockstar North). Some trap would be good too. ^Listened to that Bloody Beetroots track for the first time.. Thinking the start is sampled from the start of this... (It's also used in New Order's Blue Monday) just pitch-shifted a little with some filtering. You can hear it come in at 1.35 seconds... LieutenantChowder
All I know is that the next GTA needs a proper 80s dance station, a good classic rock station, and a Hard Rock/Metal station. Those were the best in GTA VC and VCS, but both the Dance station and Metal station we're a huge mess and mistake, and especially the metal station. Radio X from San Andreas was great, but Channel X from V was TERRIBLE. GARBAGE. Here's what we need from those three types of radio stations Radio X/Metal: Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train Guns N Roses - Paradise City Nirvana - Heart-Shaped Box Def Leppard - Hysteria ACDC - Hells Bells Van Halen - Panama KISS - Strutter (Yes, the one from San Andreas) We need more ideas now lol help me you guys Dance/New Wave/Disco Station - David Bowie - Lets Dance Beegees - Night Fever Michael Jackson - Don't stop til you get enough Dead Or Alive - You spin me round like a record Toto - Africa Men At Work - Down Under Rod Stewart - Do ya think I'm sexy Rick James - Super Freak Simple Minds - Don't you forget about me Dexys Midnight Runners - Come on Eileen Gary Numan - Cars Duran Duran - Rio Some good ones in their... Hope rockstar likes it Now for the good stuff Classic Rock Station - Queen - Killer Queen Gordon Lightfoot - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald Eagles - Hotel California Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man Pink Floyd - Time Genesis - Land of Confusion Journey - Lighs Joe Walsh - Life's been good Steve Miller - Abracadabra Blue Oyster Cult - Do Not Fear The Reaper Jefferson Starship - Jane Queen - I'm in love with my car Hope that gets somewhere in history Edit: Like many of you have said, less soft rock, less sub genres and more stuff that is popular with those who like Older stuff Player - Baby Come Back Thompson Twins - Hold Me Now Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun Stone Temple Pilots - Creep Deep Purple - Smoke on the water Edited September 29, 2016 by LieutenantChowder GTA-Biker

Landotel
The return of hard/older alt rock! To be honest if it's one thing that IV has done right it is, having a general hard rock radio station. It was really good compared to Channel X even if I do like punk music. Some songs I want: Alice In Chains - Man In The Box Filter - Welcome To The Fold Nine Inch Nails - Head Like A Hole Judas Preist - Living After Midnight Faith No More - Epic UFO - Lights Out Soundgarden - Fell On Black Days Mother Love Bone - This Is Shrangila Live - All Over You Jane's Addiction - Mountain Song Mister Pink
