Low PC ENB for ELS and suitable commandline for vehicle mods?

Hi there,

would be awesome if you guys could help me out with these two issues:

 

First of all, I´m looking for a commandline which increases the memory limit of IV.

I have around 15 vehicle mods installed and the textures are just flickering - maybe 512 VRAM and 4 GB memory aren´t good enough,

but I actually don´t think my hardware couldn´t handle these vehicles.

Frankly, I have no idea what I should write into the commandline

 

Also, I´m looking for some sort of ENB for low PC which is made to enhance the lighting of the Emergency Lighting System mod - just like CryENB does.

At this time, I´m using RealityIV and these graphics are just fine for me - looking good and the game runs smoothly.

But you hardly see these ELS lights - especially at day time

Also, it would be great if that ENB works for EFLC as well.

I can help you for ENBs. Why dont you use ' ICEnhancer '? Search it on google, you'll get it.

ICEnhancer is a graphic mod which works for both gta IV & gta EFLC. It should work on your system but it may result a lag.

DO THIS TO HAVE GREAT GRAPHICS EXPERIENCE AND TO FIX THE LAG:

Install gta 4 patch 1.0.4.0.

Then apply it.

start the game.

Go to Settings.

Go to Graphics.

Go to Shadow Level and Lower it to 1 or 0.

Thats all you have to do.
