Why do you hate modders?

I love modders they like spawning things,they teleport you to the airport and let you do a dance,making car headlights white,giving money, cars coming out of guns,christmas trees on garages and spawning the hijak khemelion even your in special edition of gtav .

 

 

I play on ps3 and my modder friends still not getting banned

 

 

But some people hate them they just like find a new session why do you hate modders?

I only hate modders/script kiddies when they use their mods and scripts to kill everyone at once, give you billions so you'll get banned, harass players minding their own business, and use it to be a raging asshole and ruin everyone's time.

Most of the time they harass, ruin and seek out to destroy others' fun. Sometimes you can find hackers that like to have fun and create fun for the whole lobby, some are even helpful. However, for me 95% of the time it is the asshole ones. This is why I avoid playing on public sessions on PC.

I dislike some modders because:

 

They brought GTA IV's multiplayer to its knees.

 

They (for the most part) ruined last gen and PC.

 

They will (probably) ruin current gen at some point in the future, when they figure out how to get god mode, etc. on here.

 

Money modders don't really bother me.

because they can be griefing anyone while under superiority complex due nigh-invincibility ( which renders them undefeatable on normal means ) . that is until table turns when other person uses their own ace hidden in their sleeves ( a lag switcher , an internet tough guy who loves boot people offline , a guy with invincibility glitch , otherwise ) , they obviously get to taste of their own medicine , so they're not always able to get away with it and even themselves are not mentally invincible thus can still be pushed into their breakdown

Because they usually have an unfair advantage. I hate those with transparent bodies. There was one the other night who had a constant bounty (at least a bounty symbol on the minimap) but he was almost impossible to kill. When you did kill him there was no bounty payout and he re-spawned with a 'bounty'.

I only dislike modders who use their menu to harass other players or gain an unfair advantage in PvP/blowing up the lobby etc. Changing my car when I didn't ask for it, removing weapons, etc, etc.

 

There's a whimsical side of modding that's very jovial and creative though. I remember one time I was chasing a space ship in downtown LS with a friend in an insurgent pickup; felt like a movie. Another time a modder spawned a space docker and showed us various hidden places around the map.

 

Sometimes it can be really fun, it just depends on the person. I'll admit that you're more likely to find an asshole than a friend, but that's how freeroam is in general (with or without modders).

90% of players in a lobby are going to be an ass regardless if they are a modder or not. Modders can do much more than just explode everyone and drop random money, they can give out special vehicles like the dubsta 2, Hearse, etc. They can add mods to cars for people as well, and give cars special color coded paints and even give worn paints to people, hell they can even make body type 255 vehicles like the Stratum and players can store it. Not to mention they can do about a thousand other things that have nothing to do with exploding a lobby. People need to stop being so closed minded about these things, but what can you expect from a video game that is more or less meant for boring consoles.

Not all modders are bad. I enjoy the cars and didn't mind the silly mods on ps3. The ones that abuse their mods to blow everyone up or get unfair advantages against other players,because they have no skills really piss me off.

For people who like to take part in freemode events and vip work, its not so simple that just find a new session when theres a problem with modders. You put time and effort into particypating in an event, get a good score, then some aholes use their cheats to get an impossible score. Change session, you wont get payd for the event. Same goes for vip work. Some missions take like 10 min to complete and then some cheater c*nt teleports to you in godmode and ruins it at the last minute. Change sessions in the middle of mission, dont get payd + lose your bodyguards.

 

For every fun modder there are atleast 3 assholes who explode entire lobbys, sometimes until everybody leaves, spawn the sky full of rainbow colores cargoplanes so the session becomes laggy af, take away all your guns, grief in godmode or with modded weapons (aimbot/explosive rounds/shoot through walls etc) or in godmode vehicles, spawn annoyng things on your character or into your garage/yacht, teleport you into places you didnt want to go, use cheats in any kind of pvp, spawn spaceships and windmills into the city so the streets and lsc or appartment entrances are blocked, spawn hostile npc-s with railguns around you, make you exit your car/plane/heli mid flight or crash your entire game.

 

I hate this kind of "modders" too. Whenever i see one, i start mocking and ridiculeing him and calling the lobby to report and votekick. It usually ends in me having to change the session (or restart the game if im too slow) but i dont care. Most players treat them, like they are some sort of gods and start begging for money like idiots. f*ck that! Everybody whines about rockstar not doing anything to stop them. Fight back yourself, even if its just with reporting, voting to kick and giving them a bad attitude.

The modder that does the 'kill everyone' in the session - what a waste of the whole sessions time, to quit game, log back on to GTAO. And obviously reporting them to R* is as useful a chocolate tea pot.

Last I checked female dogs are unable to play a video game, unless there is some new crazy dog training you can put a dog through that trains them how to use a controller or keyboard.
