SELLER'S EVENT! Used cars, Pegasus, Yachts, apt's, weapons

Right off, this is NOT an actual event – it's just a for-fun discussion topic. Calm down, Phineas!

Simple. If Rockstar were to have a one-weekend event in which you could sell anything you wanted, including Pegasus vehicles, apartments/houses, cars (even previously "too hot to modify" cars off the street), weapons, clothing, and accessories, what would you sell off and what would you keep?

Would you accept this sale even if it were at drastically reduced prices? What would be fair? Used Adder sells for $250,000... a used Golden Luxor Deluxe sells for $500,000?

 

VEHICLES:
I'd probably just sell off everything I own and keep:
• a Bati 801
• a Kuruma
• a T20
• Romero Hearse

• Panto

• Dune Buggy or Bifta (toss up)

 

PEGASUS:
• Savage

• Hydra
• Insurgent Pick-up,

• Cargobob

APARTMENTS/GARAGES:
I'd get rid of all apartments/garages except one 10-car garage.

I'd still keep the Yacht, though.

WEAPONS:
Again, I'd sell off everything except:
• Assault shotgun
• Assault Rifle
• Heavy Sniper
• Flare gun
• Hatchet
• RPG, Homing RPG, Grenade launcher, minigun
• keep all throwables

CLOTHING:
I'd sell everything, except the couple of outfits I've saved. All those masks I never wear, gloves, shoes, jewelry... zzz.

Any thoughts on your end? Curious to see what people would get rid of vs. what they'd keep!

This. I hate having like 40 Pegasus vehicles, most of them from the 200 million bounties when I only use like 4 of them, Clothes and weapons aren't that necessary to throw out

I'd happily slash my Pegasus list for 90% depreciation. Some I'd *Dump* for free.

I don't have any cars I'd sell off, even the ones that I can't sell, despite have not done any glitches with them.

I'm happy with my properties and yachts.

I've collected all the (purchaseable) female clothes and have a great set of the non-purchasable ones, so I wouldn't sell those.

I would get rid of every weapon except 1 or 2 from each class.

It's easier to just say what I would keep then what I would rid me off since I have them all.

Handguns: AP-Pistol. Magnum.

Submachine guns: Heavy MG.

Assault Rifels: Special Carbine.

Snipers: Heavy Sniper.

Shotguns: Pump Shotgun, Dual-Barrel Shotgun.

Heavy Weapons: All of them is a keeper.

Thrown: All is keeped.

Melee: Switchblade.

 

f*ck everything else that is weapon related.

 

I'm considering getting rid of pegasus vehicles, But I keep buy them for no reason. Heck, I even bought the luxor jet now when it was for 5 million even though I will never use it.

 

When it comes to cars thought, I already replace them almost all the time even thought I have 5 10-car garages.

The only thing I'd really like to get rid of is all the excess weapons I carry around.

 

I'd keep my Magnum, AP pistol, special carbine rifle, double barrel shotgun, heavy shotgun, heavy sniper and I'd keep all of the heavy weapons and throwables.

 

It drives me crazy scrolling through a bunch of weapons I've never used before to get to the ones I do.. Not good in the midst of a gunfight.

 

I couldn't sell any of my cars & even though the Pegasus list is absolute chaos, I would rather hang on to them all.. I've spent and made the money back so having them isn't hurting, I just wish there was an ability to alphabetise the list..

i have what 55 pegasus vehicles, 90% of them bought during the billionaires era, the majority of them still have the plastic wraps as i have never used them.

 

so yeah i'd sell everything but my hydra, savage and the buzzard.

I thought about this, after buying every vehicle pegasus has to offer, but if it came up, I'd probably keep them all. I don't use them, but who cares, an extra couple of clicks on the D-pad and you're at you vehicle of choice, not a big deal really?

 

Just Grind pac Standard finale on repeat with a trusted crew once a week and you'll never have to worry about money again!

I wouldn't sell any vehicles because I worked hard to get them, and I wouldn't sell any Pegasus stuff because I like to have everything available to me. I WOULD sell a lot of my weapons, though. Especially pistols.

I don´t have this problem. I only bought what I really like and thats not a lot. I own two Pegasus vehicle and I would keep both, my Dodo and my Hydra. Maybe sell one garage but with upcoming new vehicles I will stay with my 4 garages.

Maybe I would sell some clothing I never wear and use the opportunity to sell "too hot" cars from the street to make some money.

I would certainly off-load a lot of crap given the opportunity - I'd even let R* take it for free. Like many others, I bought excessively, particularly during the billionaire days and consequently have an inventory full of stuff I've never/hardly used.

 

Should we get a character asset reset for the next incarnation of GTAO, I will be far more selective about what I buy (even if there's a billionaire days 2.0).

You can get rid of unwanted weapons by pressing triangle whilst holding L1 on the selected weapon. Works for all except the regular pistol.

 

Sometimes it'll say you can't do it if in a mission or heist but it works in freeroam or whilst doing VIP.

 

If you want the weapon back just walk over it but it'll be gone forever if you start a mission or new session.

The only Pegasus stuff I own is a Buzzard and Swift Deluxe, none of the pointless vehicles.

Ive not bought a yacht because I know Id never use it.
Cars you can sell any way.

Properties will always be useful even if its just for car storage.

Everything I have (cars and houses) are what I use and like. But I'd sell all my Pegasus vehicles except the Dodo Sea plane, Buzzard, Shamal, even if they just gave me 1$ for selling all of them I'd accept it because my Pegasus list is full of useless stuff I don't want and I don't need

I'd wish to sell off all of my Pegasus vehicles except for the Savage, maybe I'll keep the Technical for nostalgia's sake, but I doubt Rockstar will let us sell our vehicles for one obvious reason.

 

Everyone and their mother has bought every Pegasus vehicle there is to have as much fun in the game as possible during that era, if that occasion didn't happen maybe we would've been able to sell our assets, Rockstar hates seeing free money flowing somewhere that isn't their pockets.

-90% of my Pegasus vehicles, keeping only the Buzzard, Toro and Vestra;

-Get rid of that goddamn starter pistol(it can go for free, I don't care about it);

-Get rid of all of my clothes, masks, glasses, whatever, except the ones saved as an outfit;

-Get rid of my two garages and keep the vehicles in "storage".
