krisors
So I had this perfect little project planned: Change all the cars on GTA SA to the cars that they represent IRL, even taking into account that no car should be newer than 1992. Should be real neat and give a more realistic experience. Unfortunately, it seems the game won't launch with a certain number of car mods installed. That is, I can open the game, but it won't load a game. I have tried uninstalling all of mods, then taking them back in one by one. The game works with a fewer amount of mods. It seems that there is a "roof" as to how many mods you can have installed. Is there something I can do to make the game keep up with the mod installments, is there maybe a programme I can install that help the game cope with the mods? I have Windows 10, bought the game on Steam. Runs perfectly otherwise. Looking forward to some answers, and they would surely be aprecciated! gtafan2u
Extending Streaming memory through limit adjuster can fix this issue and you will be able to add more car mods. krisors

krisors
So...I googled "limit adjuster" and found a hand full of different downloads. Is there someone in particular you would reccomend? And how do I get it to work? When I download some of them there are either three-four files or the whole thing is a .rar file that I can't open with any program. Is it enough just to drop the files over in the GTA folder? Something tells me there should be a bit more to it...is there a good explenation for this? krisors
Thank you! When I open the program VC Limit Adjuster 1.0, there is a button that says "open gta-vc.exe". Under it it says Open your game executable. So I click the button, and if I understad it right, I should find the GTA SA logo that engages the game? Unfortunately, that .exe is nowhere to be found. I know where it is, but it isn't there. I even made a desktop shortcut, but it won't appear in the window that opens when I click "open gta-vc.exe". Any further suggestions? Thanks! guard3
Oops, I'm working on VC and sent the link on impulse! I think you can use fastman92's limit adjuster, here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/733982-fastman92-limit-adjuster/
