More homes in Grapeseed?

I love roleplaying/driving my Slamvan and my Rattruck 'round Grapeseed.

So, why wouln't we have a few more homes in Grapeseed?

 

We only have a single home over there.

More houses in rural and urban areas. There's no apartments in east/south Los Santos either.

I think Humane Labs would be worth billions. It's not the same as buying a golf course, a theater or a mod shop.

 

OT:

I would love to see more homes in Grapeseed. For a large portion of my time in GTAO I owned a garage in Sandy Shores (870 Route 68) and I really enjoyed having a "base" in that area of the map. I later sold it for a 10-car by the airport, but if they added more properties and/or a 10-car I probably wouldn't have left.

(Yes I know Grapeseed is on the other side of the lake)

 

It's really tragic that there's not much development up there.

Well, at least some six-car houses like in Paleto Bay right? I can understand that Sandy Shores only has two-car houses, it's a sh*thole... But Grapeseed has a lot of farming industry, for instance that big grain company along the Senora Freeway. The town just feels a little more alive, and less of a cheapshot than Sandy Shores, it deserves some six-car houses imo...

I'd back anything that gives 10-car properties North of Vinewood Hills. I can't wrap my head around it. Either they're too dumb to think of it, or they've thought of it and are too dumb to actually do it. There should be at least 1 10-car garage in every region of the map, preferably more, with optional apartments. What do they think this is? An analogy from I, Robot where we all huddle together in the city?

I can't deny there's a lot of drug related stuff going on in Grapeseed, The O'Neill crackfarm, Braddock Farm (with the cannabis plants), McKenzie Airstrip for trafficking... But yeah, as you said, it doesn't really matter HOW the money rolls in, as long as it rolls in

I hate that I have to own a 6-car garage in Paleto Bay (with 4 cars in storage I can't use in Heists/Races) because Rockstar couldn't put ONE 10-car garage outside of Los Santos.

I understand that 10-car residential properties wouldn't work for the Heist setup start points and where the interior would be for too upscale for the location and exterior, but there's nothing wrong with adding 10-car garage properties. There are already a bunch of seedy-looking buildings in south and east Los Santos with nice 10-car rooms on the inside

At least Grapeseed has an airport right next to it to get you to the city or anywhere else quickly. 80% of the time that want to use it you'll have to deal with PMS-ing Gang Attack NPCs, but you can't have everything.

Why not? I would not buy a house there but i see that lots of people would love to live there. Can't see any problem with it. The prices should be lower then the city apartments though for obvious reasons.

And the houses out in the styx only have 2-car garages. I was a little shack in Grapeseed with an underground 50-car elevator garage. Or an elevator garage in one of the grain silos.

I just love my small house at Grapeseed with the 2 car garage its so peaceful up there so i really dont want more houses there it will turn into a war zone.

More houses and garages everywhere would definitely be welcome. There are plenty of places in game to put properties, large and small. Variety is great, but probably a little bit too much effort for poor old Rockstar to handle.
