I've got two stilt apartments, two apartments in Eclipse towers and the garage near the airport. Yet I spawn on my Yacht and fly from there..then I just call the mechanic..I don't remember the last time I actually entered any of my properties.

These days, a yacht. reason being it looks cool and can move around.

 

Same, my spawn point is always near Vespucci beach on my boat. I usually kick off with a quick chopper ride to LSIA, call in a Buzzard or Hydra on my way, and then on to Eclipse to pick up my car of choice, destroying all moving object on my way. No better way to kick off a GTAO session.

4 of my apartments are in Eclipse. I like being able to access my cars from one centralized location. I did buy a stilt home because it was all the rage at the time but I'll likely move that garage back to eclipse too. Have not stepped foot in my stilt home since day two of owning it.

 

I was on the yacht for a while but got tired of always having to call for my personal vehicle and then fly to it. Way too many steps when I can set my spawn point to a garage stacked with my favorite cars and simply get in and go. I'm not a hipster, no reason to live in some sh*tty part of the map with 6 car garage just to say I do..

Alta Street and Del Perro Heights. A garage in East LS, Paleto Bay and the desert.

 

Alta Street isn't in a nice location IMO, but it's central, not overpopulated and close to a heliport. Del Perro Heights is in a nice location IMO and close to the beach, it's also close to my yacht most of the time.

When starting a heist, I go to my Eclipse towers appartment.

Richard Majestics, apartment 51. Best unobstructed view in the game, IMO.

It's the first type of luxury design interior but you get a massive overlook throughout the city of the beach and surrounding areas, the golf course and there's no annoying tall buildings in the way as Weazel Plaza apartment 70 does.

I own just one Appartment at Del Perro Hts 7 -near Rockford Hills- because I don t really care about owning many appartments, one is enough ! I think I bought it for around 150K discount price at that time . And I own 4 further Garages in Exceptionalists way(next to the LS Airport) , South shambles St. , Unit 2 Popular St , and 331 supply St.(the 2 former ones are near Vespucci Blvd,La Mesa). Now I´m begging to have a 6th Garage

I consider myself a Paleto Bay resident as much as I spend time in LS as well. I have a yacht moored in the bay, and a little 6-car house at 5484 Procopio Drive.

 

I have a Stilt House on 3677 Whispymound Drive, and an Apartment on Alta Street from which I can launch Heists, both nicely centered on the map. And last, but not least, two 10-car garages surrounding the Maibatsu factory in La Mesa, where most of my racers are stored.

Back in the day, I had a nice little place in west Vinewood, but had to move when everybody started moving into Eclipse towers because the place became a warzone.

Since then, I've lived in Richards Majestic tower, and have a nice little place out in Paleto that reminds me of my real home. Same level of spontaneous violence and everything.

Procopio is a nice property, they all are up there. It'll be my next property purchase when another becomes available.

I've got a yacht and 4 properties, but I live on the streets. Last time I spawned in garage or apartment was back in 2014. Yacht is not convenient enough for me.

What's the point of spawning inside your apartment, when it may be mt. Chiliad?

Could use some more hay to sleep on but hey could be worse. At least the cows stopped mooing so loudly last week, but the smell of beef in the backyard is just as annoying.
