The Returning Player Bonus (RPB) is a server-sided DLC GTA V, which will unlock once you become a Returning Player. A Returning Player is a title given to you if you played GTA V on PS3 or XBox 360. And what does it do? Unlock more awesome content for you to play with in Story Mode, of course! Like most newer games, the RPB content is technically a part of the original game, but is "locked" for you. To unlock it, you have to have progress linked to a PS3 or XBox 360 to your Social Club, specifically having completed the "Prologue" and "Franklin and Lamar" missions, and have unlocked the "Welcome to Los Santos" Trophy/Achievement. Becoming a Returning Player does not require you to play GTA Online on the respected console; in fact, you only need a little Story Mode progress and a Trophy/Achievement. The man-in-the-middle of unlocking the RPB for you is Rockstar Games' Social Club, hence why it's a server-sided DLC, so you'll need a Social Club account which you can make here. However, I find it a little unfair that people get locked away from some extra content, just because they didn't own or could not afford a console to play GTA V on. And nowadays, it's a little challenging to find a "clean" PS3, which has not been fiddled with, or hasn't been console-banned on the internet. Therefore, I'm willing to step forward, and help GTAForums users with the Returning Player Bonus! This is for all three platforms; PS4, XBox One and PC. There's a quick FAQ in the bottom of this post if you have any questions! There's also a full list on what you get from this Bonus below, as this is also a mini-Wiki about the content. Click the Spoiler below if you wish to hear more about the Service. If you're not interested in the Service, just keep scrolling. If you'd like to queue up, here's some important words... Your GTAForums user has to be at least two weeks old, and have 50 active posts. This is a great opportunity for you to explore the Forum and see what it offers! And please don't sh*tpost to get to 50 active posts, mods will be mad. Once both criterias are met, please comment "Queue" in this thread, and then PM me with the information listed in the spoilers below. When I've unlocked the Bonus for you, I will like your "queue" comment, so others can see approximately how many people I have to help before I get to you. I will also notify you through the PM system when I'm done. Please do not try and rush my work; I'm doing this as fast as I can. This Service is run entirely by a single human by yours truly. Work and delays can occur, so there's sometimes more waiting time than expected. Time can vary between an hour to a whole week, sometimes even more. It all depends on how much time I have, and how busy I am. I ask you to not just comment "queue" and expect me to contact you. I request from you, as a client, to be active on GTAForums, in case I need to ask you important questions in regards to the Service. If I ask you a question through the PM system (example: wrong login details, account region lock, ect), I wish to get a relatively quick reply - within a week after my question, at max. If longer time passes, your request will be denied. I'm spending roughly 20 minutes of my life (for each person) to help you through a computer screen with a Bonus most people thought was impossible to get, without transferring their character. A thing that you can do, which is completely optional by the way, is to create your PSN name and a dummy address yourself on Sony's website. Makes the process a little less harder for me! If you don't, I'll create the dummy address and PSN name for you. And who knows what crazy name I'll give you... Please double-check that you are sending me the correct details. The Returning Player Bonus content is developed and licensed by Rockstar Games, as the DLC can only be unlocked through the Social Club service. Stallion - Blista Compact Already available in Single Player (these vehicles are available for every player in traffic, but they will be available on SouthernSanAndreasSuperAutos.com when the RPB has been applied to your game.) Duke O'Death - Dukes Complete the Random Event called "Duel", located near Los Santos Customs in Sandy Shores. This Random Event only shows up after you've completed the "Pulling Favours" mission by Franklin. The Duke O'Death be available from Warstock after completion for $279.000, and the Dukes will be available on SouthernSanAndreasSuperAutos.com for $62,000, even though it has a chance to spawn in traffic. The Duke O'Death can also be found numerous places around the state. The Locations of the Duke O'Death is Here once the mission has been completed. Dodo Seaplane Complete the Random Event called "Sea Plane", located in a water cave east on the map. This Random Event only shows up after you've completed the "Nervous Ron" mission by Trevor. Will be available from Elitá's Travel after completion. Price is $500.000. It can also be found numerous places around the state, once the Random Event is completed. Locations of the Dodo Seaplane is Here once the mission has been completed. Kraken Submersible Take all Wildlife Photos around the State. Beware of the Mountain Lions! This Challenge is only available after you've completed the "Paparazzo" mission by the Strangers-And-Freaks contact Beverly. The Location of the Kraken is Here once the challenge has been completed. (note: it doesn't matter if you've already killed Beverly. You will get an email from Los Santos Tourist Info, telling you've been nominated to participate in said Challenge regardless.) Marshall Monster Truck Can be bought for $250.000, but will be unlocked for free if you complete all Stock Car Races. This challenge only shows up after you've completed the "Mr. Philips" mission by Trevor. Will be available as a Special Vehicle in your protagonists' hangars. Burger Shot Stallion - Pisswasser Dominator - Redwood Gauntlet - Sprunk Buffalo Unlocked when all the Stock Car Races are completed. This challenge only shows up after you've completed the "Mr. Philips" mission by Trevor. Will be available as Special Vehicles in your protagonists' garages. Go Go Monkey Blista Take a picture of all the Monkey Mosaics around the state. Once that's done, go to Los Santos Customs in Vinewood, and a Random Encounter will activate. The Monkey Mosaics artist appears there. Go closer until he turns around, and tries to flee the scene; this is where you should quickly take a picture of him. Once done, wait 10 seconds, and he will message you, telling you that the Go Go Monkey Blista has been unlocked. Appears as a Special Vehicle in your protagonists' garages. (Please note: The Go Go monkey Blista has been added to GTA Online as a purchasable vehicle once you reach Skill Level 20 in Arena War. You can read more about it here.) Xero Blimp Unlocked immediately through your mobile phone. Can be delivered in two select locations (LSIA and the Casino Race Track). And yes, you're the pilot! Its controls is the same as a helicopter, so it should be easy to fly. Just watch out for obstacles, as this bad boy is THICC. Weapons: Hatchet Unlocked after the "Trevor Philips Industries" mission by Trevor. Price of the Hatchet is $750 at Ammu-Nation. Railgun Unlocked after the "Minor Turbulence" mission by Trevor. The price of the Railgun is $250.000 at Ammu-Nation. This gun is not available for purchase in GTA Online. Once you have the Returning Player Bonus, you will unlock the "Railgun Bonus Challenge" in the Shooting Range. Clothing: Exclusive black and white 'OG' Special T-Shirts for Franklin. (Click on the name(s) or picture(s) to go straight to the wikipage about the Challenge(s)!). Please note: These Random Events/challenges are not required for the 100% completion of the game. Some of these Events/challenges can be used towards 100% completion however, but is not mandatory. Stock Car Races Unlocked after the "Mr. Philips" mission by Trevor. Will unlock the 4 stock cars listed above (and the Marshall), once all the races are completed. It must be mentioned that the Stock Car Races can be bugged for some players when the RPB is applied to your game, and will not show up on the map. To fix the issue, you need to load a save game that was saved before the "Mr. Philips" mission by Trevor, and complete a random available Story Mode mission in that save - starting up a new game also works. After that, save your game progress in a new game slot; if that isn't available, save on top of a save that you do not care about. Now you can load your bugged save game up, and the Stock Car Races should now appear again. Video tutorial. Wildlife Photography Challenge Unlocked after the "Paparazzo" mission by Beverly. Will unlock the Kraken Submersible once all photos of the requested animals have been taken. (note: it doesn't matter if you've already killed Beverly. You will get an email from Los Santos Tourist Info, telling you've been nominated to participate in said Challenge regardless.) Murder Mystery Unlocked after the "Meltdown" mission by Michael. Will unlock a black-and-white filter for your gameplay! Find the secret messages and clues around Los Santos, and you'll be taken to a secret place where an old gangster called Isaac is "buried". You'll unlock him as a contact on your phone, and once you call him, you'll get the filter(s) for your gameplay. There are two different filters to choose from. Monkey Mosaics Unlocked after the "Franklin & Lamar" mission by Franklin. This challenge is for true sightseers. Find all 50 hidden Monkey Mosaics around the whole map to unlock hidden Story Mode clothing for Trevor - except this will also help unlocking the Go Go Monkey Blista. This Challenge and hidden clothing is already available for all players, but getting the Go Go Monkey Blista is locked for Returning Players only, and is unlocked for all three characters once the Challenge has been completed. I highly recommend using the guides made by GTASeriesVideos to complete these if they get too hard. Or if you're too lazy like myself, heh. "Is this for PS3 and XBox 360 too?" No. The RPB doesn't exist on PS3 or XBox 360. "Do I unlock some of it, or everything from your list?" You unlock everything, as it's all a part of a server-sided DLC. "Can I trust you?" I've done this for years, and I've helped hundreds of people - for completely free. I see this as a hobby, and I enjoy it. If you don't trust me, then that's all up to you. No RPB for you then. "Do I have to start over GTA V / GTA Online to unlock the RPB?" Nope! It gets unlocked for you automatically, so there's no need to fear loss of progress to your GTA Online account and/or your GTA V story progress. A little pop-up will appear bottom left of your screen, saying that new content has been added. "Do I link the PSN account before or after you've completed the two missions?" If you already have the PSN linked to your Social Club, then you don't have to worry about this. Remember that you cannot link a PSN account which doesn't have any Rockstar titled save games on it. This means that you have to wait until I've done it on the PSN account (if you don't have the PSN linked to your Social Club already). "Do I have to be logged off from my PS4 when you're doing this?" Unfortunately, yes. Playstation Network doesn't allow two players to be active on the same PSN account, so you have to be logged off from your PS4 when I'm helping you out. Coordination and planning can take place in a PM. "What exactly are you going to do while you're on my PSN account?" I'm simply logging in, and going straight to start up GTA V. I will not mess around on your account (reading your private messages, browsing your Playsation Store, ect.), as that's your business, which I should not be involved in. As mentioned before, it's a violation of your privacy if I do so, and is also a sh*tty thing to do. This is also covered in the Disclaimer at the bottom, § "Privacy Policy". Once I'm done with the two first Single Player missions, I will immediately shut down the game and log out with no further temptations to log in ever again. Your account will be permanently deleted from my PS3 once your request has been completed, so that I have space to help other people in need of the RPB. Don't worry, me deleting your PSN account from my PS3 will not affect your RPB. "My RPB is gone, should I be worried?" Fear not. If your RPB is gone, just close down GTA V and open it up again. This sometimes happens. However, if that didn't work, you should contact Rockstar Support. If they cannot fix your issue, then come to me again, and I will assist you with a smile! Unfortunately all my friends went Xbox so I got rid of my ps4 version for Xbox so I'm not eligible for it no more very annoying I bought the game 3 times. I will keep on offering this when I have the time (and memory on my PS3), for those who needs it - I think it's unfair that people gets locked away from "the complete game", just because they didn't have a console. If it actually works then I thank you, kind personI can confirm that it does work.And no, you don't have to start over. Just load any of your savegames and you're good to go. A few moments later the game will notify you (on the left side, above the minimap) that you just got new content. It doesn't matter how far you've progressed.
