Trouble Installing Weapon Mods

I just can't figure it out. The installation steps never match the pathways in my directory - well, in my mods folder in OpenIV.

 

V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\

 

Mine does not look like this ...

 

MINE:

GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf

NOT:

GTAV/mods/update/x64

 

Heres some other paths

 

GTAV/mods/update/update,rpf/dlc_patch/(no patchday8ng) patchday 1ng,3ng,5ng

so I go into patchday3ng like everyone is saying, but the only things in there are

content.xml

and

setup2.xml

 

which is making me think setup2.xml is a copy? so is this even a proper gateway? how did I get here? do I just put the files in here?

 

also anytime I go into

 

x64/ the only things in there are audio,data,levels, models, movies, patch and textures. also, another path from x64/ before going into update, the only file is audio.
