Customisable Movies/Tv Shows

This may seem a little crazy at first.. But just listen, and you will agree.

 

We all watch our movies/tv shows in our ipads, phones, computers etc.. So why don't we make the movies as apps? I know how this sounds at first, but i will try to explain.

 

Lets say that all the real action with real actors and actresses filmed with green screen. But instead of the post-production crew, thanks to this app, you choose what's the background or the theme of the movie will look like. Snow, sunny, rainy, dark, bright, anything you can think of. And how about the theme? You can choose if it's going to be a sci-fi, a western, action, adventure.. Because all the actors filmed their scenes with a green screen, green suits instead of clothes, green hats instead of showing their real hair, and motion capture stuff to avoid the real age of the actor (think of tron:legacy and ca civil war) there is no such thing as locking on to one-and-only theme.

 

Also, how many times you've ignored a movie just because some actor or actress you didn't like was in it?

 

No more. Having atleast a dozen different actors/actresses to play the same part, from all over the world.. And the ability to choose who you want to watch as the part. No more gender fights, race or cultural differences, no more bad acting..

 

I love the original star wars, and i wouldn't change a thing about it. But, i would love if there was a way to watch the same movie with a different angle. How about filming the scenes with 360 cameras and letting the audience to choose whatever angle they want? And how about updating the effects with the latest technology every week so no more special edition crap?

 

So what do you think? Am i right, or not?

But I feel like this is what video games were made for. And they're getting closer to that every year with games where you can decide what happens in the story, or go your own path. It's not quite movie level acting usually, but I think we'll get there in videos games by the end of this generation.
