How can I install this Addon

Hi, I tried install this car Addon oft GTA V, the problem is that I don't know how to do the steps 3,4 and 5, can someone explain me?

3.Extract Files In update.rpf folder to

[the game folder]/update/update.rpf

4.Extract All Files In x64 folder to [the game folder]/update/x64

5.Open Trainerv.ini in //Added Cars// Section

Change the "Enable(1,2,3,4,...etc)=0" to

Enable(1,2,3,4,...etc)=1

change the ModelName(1,2,3,4...etc)=turismor To:

ModelName(1,2,3,4...etc)=golfgti

Change The "Display Name(1,2,3,4...etc)=car(1,2,3,4...etc)" to

Display Name(1,2,3,4...etc)=Volkswagen Golf GTI V
