MICHIGAN/DETROIT CONCEPT GTA NEXT

I think that Michigan would be a good setting and one that the gta community would be quite satisfied with, I have deleted the rest of this intro as I am back after 2 months and notice this was just a rushed list of cars. I wont be going into a story mode quite yet but a lot of other details

 

Firstly is the year. The year will be modern day 2016-2018.

 

The map is based mainly in Michigan, the city of Detroit ( Dexter) being where the game is mainly based, the smaller city of Ann Arbor (Antin), the city of Lansing (Berth) , the city of Port Huron (East Dock), Grand Rapids ( Pinada Falls) and Chicago (Exting), which is the only city in the concept not in Michigan.

 

Every city in here has a few exclusive things to do, all listed below their description.

 

Dexter

 

Dexter is a corrupt, quickly falling metropolis that has been overtaken by streetgangs and violent crimes, this is where the american dream is a distant past. Travelling around the city, you see the modern skyscrapers towering in the central district, whereas everything else is ruins, never finished by the now bankrupt tycoons, or just left to rot overnight. There are huge stretches of abandoned warehouses utilized by gangs from the city, which make you want to move to sunny vice city.

 

 

ANTIN:

 

Antin is a smaller city where there is only a few things to do, therefore being a bit like gta V and paleto bay, it would be quite large but not as big as real life, but would still be a small city type area.

 

Landmarks:

 

Antin Stadium: this is the largest stadium in the USA and the second largest in the world, this is unique and is a venue to a deathmatch, inch by inch and cross the line. (Based on Michigan Stadium)

 

 

 

BERTH: The capital city of the state, not quite as big or well known as Dexter probably making it a bit quieter, but the civilian crime levels are just as high and it is a concrete jungle still despite being away from Dexter and Exting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

GTA ONLINE: DEXTER: The second installment of gta online series allows players to play in the most dark map yet, GTA Dexter. The player can play in gamemodes and buy properties all thorough their earnt cash from the criminal underworld. To get them to this target why not gang up with some of your most reliable friends to make jobs gunner and easier than before.

 

 

Tutorial:

 

The character starts fresh off the boat to the map, arriving in Dexter or Exting (players choice) they come off the boat with little cash and nothing to defend themselves with in the dark side of a falling state. The tutorial will have them go and buy a pistol with their honestly earnt cash, and then go do some less honest cash.

 

The player gets a call form an anonymous caller, the player then answers:

 

Anonymous: hey, you're the guy from overseas aren't you? We were in touch on life invader?

 

Anonymous: don't talk much no? Silent type might do you good around here, don't wanna go starting brawls with the wrong people till you're well prepared. You got a pistol? you gonna need one around here. Nope definitely not a talker, don't worry I saw you come off the boat, names Toni by the way, the first names all you need know, don't want you turning on me, like I said saw you come off the boat, you see me, Im in a Tampa, you'll see it easily, come over

 

Hangs up.

 

 

GET IN THE CAR

 

When the player is in the car, Toni starts to talk. Toni is a black man about 30.

 

Toni: Right we all set, we got to go get a few guys, been stirring up trouble for me, the triads, been hanging around here to much for my liking recently, what? You didn't think I meant give them a lift did you, you're gonna kill the guys man.

 

You take the wheel do you some good learning the streets.

 

FOLLOW THE WAYPOINT: the waypoint leads you to the middle of the city.

 

Toni: right lets do it smooth, see that office there, yeah that's them, there two outside, drive by man.

 

SHOOT THE SECURITY

 

Toni: Right we all good here, let's be getting inside, the have advanced rifles on their bodies get one, oh yeah, next time buy a suppressor they know you coming now man.

 

Toni: be quick about this, I'll take the lift, they'll know I'm coming, you get up the stairs and kill them when they come for me.

 

GO UP THE STAIRS

 

Toni: hey hey I'm unarmed

 

Triad: get out with your hands behind your back

 

SHOOT THE TRIAD

 

Toni: that was a close one, they'll be more, not to much here, this is probably just a warehouse.

ACTIVITIES :

 

Races: join in with fellow players and battle it out in your rides to see who wins the most cash

 

Track races: get in your track class car and follow the waypoint to the track, (this is all described in track cars) and then you can set time trials and race against others

 

Chopper races: get your chopper bike, and race with not only a powerful engine but s baseball bat

 

 

Bikes: races as described above but just with bikes

 

 

Convoys: get other players stay in the lines and get health for riding with your club.

 

Entourage: as seen in gta V

 

Deathmatchs: as seen in V

 

LTS: as seen in V

 

Capture: as seen in V

 

Hunt the beast: as seen in V

 

Slasher: as seen in V

 

Keep the pace: as seen in V

 

Siege Mentality: as seen in V

 

Every bullet counts: as seen in V

Power play: as seen in V

Survivals: as seen in V

 

Assassination: set by Toni, you are assigned a target, they will be secured in a building so choose an approach, take a photo of the security and then try match their outfit to sneak in, go for a heavy approach with a few friends, or snipe. Only one person is necessary for the hit, so you can assign the rest of the team wisely. the quicker and cleaner the hit is the more payout, but you do not have a time limit. If the target is not killed then you must use a discuise and act quick. If the target escapes un injured you can grab a cop outfit and hijack the police escort, bring the target somewhere quiet and finish the job. If they are injured, dress up as a doctor or nurse and get to the hospital and unplug the life support

 

 

Train jumper: a new adversary mode, inspired by a mission in TBOGT, one team has to get across all the train carriages and bomb down an annihilator, piloted by team 2, who have to kill the jumpers before they can make it to the front of the train and bomb down the helicopter.

 

Office Lockdown: a CEO and 3 bodyguards have to hold out the office for 5 minutes if they want to survive whilst a team of assassins try to kill them.

The CEO is armed with a pistol only whilst his heavy armed security forces battle the assassins, if your CEO dies, it's over. The assassins can abseil from the roof, or hack the elevator to gain access.

 

Sea races: races but with boats

 

Air races: races but with planes

 

Triathlon: same as V sp

 

Lowrider meets: a bit like SA when you have to do the hydraulic tricks, inspired by the Detroit blessing of the lowriders, bring a lowrider car, these will be labeled in the cars by LR, and show it off to the crowd, all you need to do is drive to the event, 2,000k entry fee.

 

Pool: same as gta IV

 

Darts: same as V

 

Arm wrestling: same as V

 

Shooting Range: same as V

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

online Buildings ( buildings available in sp will have sp by them)

 

The city is full of all sorts of buildings, such as (sp) ammu-nation and (sp) burger shot. This time ammu-nation will sell carbines, pistols, smgs and many other items, but the RPGs, explosives, and LMGs will have to be obtained by sell contacts. The sell contacts will be people you can phone, you then pay a price for what you want and they will arrange a drop zone, you will have to secure the area from npcs and players and get to the supplies first.

 

 

Like the gangs, you can own 1 warehouse at a time with your gta online character . Warehouses come available after you get a phone call from someone alerting you of a warehouse, you will then have to go to an icon of a house in red. When you arrive, it isn't that simple, you will have to kill all gang members present, and any other players trying to get their hands on the warehouse. When you have he chance, you will need to go upstairs and hack into a keypad, this will let you into the planning room, once in here, you will need to walk into a circle to make the warehouse yours. You will need to pay a small price of 20,000 gta dollars after a small warehouse introduction cut scene, the money will put security doors on the warehouse so only you can get in and, give you a bit of stock to sell. From there you can pay a price of 200k to get the warehouse renovated, this will provide you with extra space for supplies, 2 parking spots and just clean up the warehouse.

 

Customization shops:

 

Dexter City choppers:

This shop specializes in the chopper bikes listed in the motorbike section. You can bring most of them in the shop, whilst in here you can completely change your bike.

 

The following upgrades will be available on all bikes eligible for the shop:

 

shotgun exhaust, passanger seats, seat color, seat material, decals, handlebars, lights, color

 

 

These will only be available for some bikes:

wheel chains

 

seat engraving( like the lost mc patch on the daemon, but could have a variety, including crew emblem)

 

Neon lights (saw some of these on some bikes in Florida, cover the bikes frame with Christmas like lights in vibrant colors, not my favorite but would like to see it )

 

Light type( think this is real cool, to give a few examples, bikes would have the option to take away lights, so if you have 2 smaller lights, you can get one big one, or you can put a skull on the front with an open mouth, where the light will be placed, you could also just pick what the outer bit of your light was made of, for example chrome light surround)

 

Side step( where you put your feet whilst riding, can get color change, material change, even decals)

 

Plate holder

 

 

engine look(for example, carbon engine cover, chrome V8)

 

wheels,

 

large wheels,

 

sissy bars,

 

gun holster.

 

Seat storage color( for drive by weapons you only have what you can hold on your bike, you can have 2 weapons in your inventory , guns in the saddle bag, gun holster and seat storage)

 

PINADA FALLS LUXURY:

 

Specialists in a small selection of luxury vehicles for the super rich making them just that bit better for you. The following vehicles can be worked upon here:

 

Benefactor 436a: This was 2006s most luxury car, well now 10 years later it's still pretty much the most expensive thing on the market.

 

 

Truffade adder black edition: what do you get from the adder when you sell truffade to the Germans? Well a few nice lines on it and a few more numbers on the price tag, perfection.

 

Enus super diamond 40k: what's changed from the previous super diamonds hear you say, well it's still square, but there is something about it that's different.

 

 

Gallivanter Streetsport: well this is just an old baller, but lowered, and it features a few cheaply made bumpers on it, it also adds a few more zeroes to the baller.

 

 

Gallivanter Huntley sport: the LC mafias main choice in the 2000's, it can fit a lot of things in the boot, including the person who forgot he owed you money, enjoy.

 

 

Gallivanter Baller Cabrio: whoever designed this quite clearly didn't have an eye for niceness, or he reversed his baller underneath a big rig, at least someone might like it.

 

 

Albany Cavalcade: this car can be used by many people for many things, we hope you use it to waste cash pimping it out the max.

 

Dewbauchee Exemplar: Dewbauchee tried to make the small car, now they've made the big car, but they probably won't sell them still.

 

Pegassi Osiris R : well this is nice, a Pegassi Osiris with a spoiler and an R on the end of the name how exciting.

 

 

Ocelot Kingspeed: they already had the jackal but why not make another four door, where you can't afford it if you have kids and don't want your friends ruining the seats , so what's the point in four seats?

 

Pfister 712r: only a few of these fine specimens were ever made by Pfister, its the almost identical twin brother to the 811's big brother, these were made custom to the buyers needs, and more expensive then the other cars by Pfister of course.

 

The following upgrades are available to all cars(other than Osiris R) for the exterior:

 

Windscreen wipers: remove, chrome, gold

Arch extensions: chrome, primary color

Debadge: remove all badges from car

Grill: Chrome

Mirrors: chrome, gold, remove, carbon fiber

These next upgrades are exclusive to the highly customizable Enus Super Diamond 40k:

 

Roof decor: oak wood, spruce, starry sky ( this is one that you may have seen in real life it with have diamonds studded into the ceiling to appear as the night sky)

 

Seat seperater: turn the useless middle seat into a armrest/ table sort thing it can be made from or have in it wood, leather with engraved initials, diamond studs, cup holder, wine.

 

The seat in front can have: TV, magazine holder

 

The dials can be old fashioned

 

The wooden panels can have initials or crew emblem as can seats.

 

Exterior: golden arches, no back window, lion badge, jaguar badge, vulture badge. Golden grill.

 

 

Pay n' spray: customize any vehicle wit the upgrades they have

 

 

 

PENTHOUSES :

 

Penthouses are scattered all around the map, excluding the country, they are the top floor apartments as well as the most expensive, they can be customized and include a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, walk in wardrobe and living place, they can be customized in the following ways by using the krapea inventory in your new penthouse:

 

Blinds: keeps out the light

 

Blind color: customize your blinds

 

Curtains: instead of blinds, blocks out 70% of sunlight

 

Elevating wall: instead of curtains and blinds, a wall matching the other walls decends from the roof making it appear as there is no windows, costs a few 100k more than curtains!

If the player wants to do heists this is necessary as a projecter is used to project the plans into the wall.

 

Wall color: express yourself with the option to paint your walls to suit your needs, whether it's work hard or play hard

 

Kitchen worktop: the top of the cupboards and breakfast island, you can choose marble, Quartz, a selection of wood, a variety of colors, or slate.

 

Worktop underglow: the color the worktop projects from underneath it

 

Wall vinyls: wall stickers you can put on any (or every) wall in the house, have your favorite place or dream car on the wall, the following things are able to be used as a wall sticker:

 

Liberty City skyline, Los Santos Skyline, Vice city Skyline, Dexter City Skyline, Exter City Skyline, Carcer City Skyline, Palm trees, Crew emblem, any sport, sport classic, muscle, motorbike, and supercar.

 

Frames: a framed item to go on your wall, the following are available to be framed:

Cluckin' bell- The most authentic place to go for some cheaply processed chicken, Enjoy!

 

Taco bomb - The closest that Dexter will ever get to having a Mexican food chain, serving the worst tacos since 1970!

 

Pizza this- Liberty Cities finest pizza place, but as the town changes, so does the taste, the critics review, dont go here!

 

Well stack pizza- Vice cities take on Pizza this, it was brought to Dexter purely for the sake of competition with Pizza this.

 

Andy's Fries- A dexter Exclusive, the gta online player can go here to get their health all the way full

 

Bite- Offering the largest selection of baps in the world, with only 2 decent flavours.

 

The catch- Dexter exclusive, a seafood restaurant by the river

Swallow: designer clothing for the high life

 

Crevis: urban clothing for the streets

 

Suburban: casual wear keeping with the latest trends

 

Silkers: a fine collection of designer suits. Classic suits, tight fit suits, suit suits, plenty of suits to match your business needs.

Car Classes: the following section is all the cars that where seen above put into the correct class depending on its quality.

 

Track cars:

will be ideal for track races, or track trials, around the Detroit belle isle track as it is used for grip around the course. It will be the only class able to enter the track due to the other cars not being specially modified. These are the true race cars of the world, all of which can race each other to prove their skill. Almost all brands will have a high performing track car, and people who enter in the same car manufacturer can send a request to one another making a team and bringing the stakes even higher.

 

Once you have purchased your very own track car, you'll get a call telling you to head to the race course where you will have to complete challenges before you are worthy to enter track races. You can do track trials to get a time, and in future, every time you beat your personal best a small amount of RP will be rewarded, bringing up your racer rank.

This is a radio station that talks about the streets of Dexter and the crime and bankruptcy as well as the hosts topics he brings up. It receives phone calls, often off of annoyed gang members trying to be heard, or teenage girls who are a fan of the host.

 

Having mentioned the host, it is our traveling radio host Lazlow Jones. He often chats about how he is only here because he lost all his cash and his fame and shame career ended after he was fired whilst filming in Dexter. He explains how the station is the only thing that keeps him at a 'celebrity status ' after losing everything.

I'm not going to create anything like a single player storyline or anything but I will suggest certain things that could take place in the single player gameplay.

Then why even bother with a thread? So far this is just a vehicle wishlist & something that could go in the location wishlist thread wherever it is. It doesn't really expand on anything or give discussion when it's all just I LIKE DETROIT HERE'S WHY LOOK AT THIS LIST OF CARS.

I'd like to see Detroit, because there's also an Indian community there. But the sky scrapers would be awesome as well, and I really liked the cluttered feeling GTA IV gave me. It also presented the opportunity to fight on different levels, seeing as nearly every apartment building had a staircase and you could take to the higher grounds which was amazing.

If I'm right, vehicles in the HD universe are based on two (or more) vehicles, so it's pretty much natural that the Kuruma doesn't look exactly like an Evo X.

In GTA IV, you had a car called the Ingot. It was based on the Volvo V70 XC (with some influences from the Nissan Stagea and the VW Passat B4). Both GrandTheftWiki and GTA Wikia claim that Vulcar is based on Volvo.

I do think that Ocelot is based on Jaguar, and Lampadati is based on Maserati (and Lancia), not vice versa.

King, thank you for this, I will be sure to add it, phnx, I am aware that renaults are not bought in USA, but these won't be street spawned, and R* have already added the bravado verlier to gta V, a car now illegal in California, so it wouldn't matter. The reason I picked the car classes is as I also believe that the lampadati looks to be jaguar so does ocelot, and I did it for the lampadati felon. The lancia hurt added into gta with cunning stunts is a lampadati

Sorry dude, but you should have at least one ethnic radio station (or a WorldWide FM-esque station that plays ecletic music from all over the World) in order to reflect the fact there are national minorities in Detroit.

Knew this would happen, trying variety with radio, don't worry you get your east coast as well biggie fan boys. I don't want to do anything ethnic in case I get complaints saying they're bad songs by people from those countries, I mean to be honest, there is a polish community in Detroit, I will pick the first songs I find.

Just consider the ethnic cultures of Detroit, dedicating to Polish, Latins, Greeks, Mid East, sounds like you're excluding the ethnic groups.

And also I suggest (like always) a Chillout Ambient station (like The Journey or Self Actualization) and a Radio Mirror Park-esque station
