About Me: Rexx had a rough childhood. He was a very quiet and shy person, yet very kind and always helpful. When Rexx was nine, his parents were killed in a tragic car accident in Blaine County. Rexx survived the accident and it was suggested that he be placed in an orphanage. He refused and ran away. Rexx spent many years out on the dangerous streets of Los Santos, trying to survive. Fortunately a few years later, Rexx was offered to join the Quatrex Special Operations Unit (my old crew) where he would be trained to a military standard. Soon after, Rexx reached Tactical Elite status, the highest ranking and was also offered to take over Quatrex and become the owner. A year later, Rexx and a team of three others were assigned to raid Merryweather's naval base on Elysian Island. The mission did not go as planned. He and his team were ambushed and were caught up in a huge gas explosion. Rexx and his team were all killed. The three team mates were taken straight to the morgue, whereas Rexx was taken to Humane Labs and Research where he then became a test subject for a secret chemical. Theoretically Rexx was pronounced dead, however top scientists at Humane Labs were able to genetically and bionically repair him, giving him the name Project B-62R. Rexx's mind was still functionable and he could still remember. The chemical that was being tested on Rexx had a strong effect on Rexx, enhancing what was left of his human body, giving him abilities that are "humanly" impossible. Rexx escaped from Humane Labs and is currently planning on getting revenge. However, his location is currently unknown.

About Me : This is Hector Tavares. Born to an abusive father and dedicated mother in Amptonville, a small town just south of Merrytown in North Yankton, Hector was originally your "average" everyday pot-smoking child, selling crack on the street at the age of 11, and getting his first Grand Theft Auto charge at just 14. Right before Thanksgiving, Hector and his father, Wilbert, got into a huge brawl over some nonsense. Wilbert was infuriated with Hector after Hector killed the wrong turkey, and proceeded to attempt to place Hector in a chokehold in order to cut off his balls as a punishment. Hector snapped, broke free from his father's grasp, and managed to snag the family gun, a H&K Fabarm FP6, and proceeded to shoot his father, killing him instantly. Frightened that his mother would come home to see her dead, mutilated husband on the floor, Hector dragged the remains of his dead father to the woodchipper in the backyard, and proceeded to run the body through the machine until there was nothing left. Hector then dumped the bag full of blood and bone bits into the nearby lake using the family truck, a Bravado Walton.

 

Eventually, his mother found out that Hector killed his own father, and banished him from the house. Enraged, and borderline psychotic, Hector snuck onto the family yard one quiet night, and proceeded to break into the house, steal the family cat, Nibbles, and then set the house on fire, killing his mother inside. Hector stole the Walton, took Nibbles, and set out for a new life. He travelled day and night, looking for a new home to stay at, until he landed in Sandy Shores. There, he was forced to work at the nearby convenience store until he was 22 years old. By this time, Hector had become mentally unstable, snapping at even the slightly mistakes made by himself, or others. After threatening to sotomise the manager of the store with a pitchfork, Hector was arrested and incarcerated, where he was sentenced to spend the next 5 years of his life in the Bolingbroke Penetentiary.

 

He was released on bail a few months later by the local psycho, Trevor Philips. Together, Hector and Trevor (only 25 at the time), started a meth-making business. With the two psychos working together, they built their own business up to the top. Eventually they decided to expand their meth-making business. Trevor began to steal from the Lost MC, while Hector began to steal from the Los Santos Vagos. They had all the guns, vehicles, and drugs that they needed. When Trevor left for North Yankton with childhood friend Micheal DeSanta (then known as Michael Townley) to plot a bank heist, Hector stayed behind in Sandy Shores to watch over the business. Hector then realised why Trevor needed his help. While making routes to the LS Docks to ship a Zirconium Journey loaded with product, Hector was ambushed by the Vagos. The Vagos then proceeded to beat Hector to within an inch of his life, hijack the Journey van, and leave him on the side of the road, barely breathing, and barely alive.

 

Hector was lucky to survive, and until Trevor came back, Hector was under the care of Trevor's sidekick and best friend Ron Jakowski. While Hector was recovering, Ron assumed control of TPI, something Trevor did not want him to do. Ron then proceeded to make peace with The Lost MC, and tried so with the Vagos, but was unsuccessful. Trevor arrived back in Sandy Shores, apesh*t over the failed bank heist, the death of his friends, and the downfall of the business. Initially, he scolded Ron, blaming him for his companies failure. However, Hector rose to his defense, admitting that he was ambushed by the Vagos and their biggedt shipment was stolen. Furious, he ordered a still-recovering Hector out on a mission, and one mission only; ambush as many Vagos shipment routes as he could, and help revive TPI. To this day, Hector is working to fix the damage done by the Vagos.

The "spoilered-clear" bit is very confusing as you want the pic to be put in a spoiler but you added "-clear" right after it meaning you don't want a spoiler. Raphael, often referred to as "LL" was born to a Hawaiian flight attendant (Alani DeLa Lover). Raising him as a single parent she says that LL was conceived when Madd Dogg, a famous rapper from Los Santos was in Hawaii for a tour. She claims that he romanced her over a four day period before leaving for LS never to be seen again (He is unaware or LL's existence). While pregnant with LL, Alani flew to LS in hopes of finding Madd Dogg, she never did and eventually got her permanent stay in little community known as Cucamonga, East Los Santos.

 

While LL was 8 he and his mother went on a holiday to China during which he mysteriously disappeared for 3 years (LL to this day has refused to discuss what happened to him during those years)

 

He had a relatively normal childhood, growing up around gangs, drugs and crime he did well to stay out of serious trouble until he befriended Lamar Davis in his early teens. His mother tried to keep him out of trouble by registering him in Martial Arts classes and Ice Hockey lessons, which kind of paid off as he earned a full Ice Hockey scholarship to LSU while studying Astro Physics. Hanging out with Lamar and the environment of the ghetto led LL to commit some petty crimes, theft, robberey, gang banging, hotboxing with the homies, drinking 40s, fighting, sneaking into clubs etc. Without many opportunities for kids in the hood it seemed he was heading down a destructive path...until that faithful day..when his life changed forever...

Over the course of the day LL and Ace spent their time testing their new found abilities and finding out the limits of of their powers. Unknown to LL his powers would grow and grow over the years and he would learn new abilities. After telling a few of his close friends about his powers they aptly named him "Super Homie" His life would change forever, how will LL use his new found power?...soul searching and trying to find his purpose but till then he is Los Santos' very own....
