It really felt like some kind of strategy game with beeing able to declare a war against other gangs in order to gain more territory and coloring the map It already has some sweet elements like gaining respect and increasing your income and seeing your homies settling in all the new hoods you just conquered. But i also see some improvements: - When you start a gang war there should automatically spawn 10-15 grove street gang members( during a short scripted cutscene where they show up with cars and bikes). They should be scripted to fight your enemies. It doesn't have to be effective but it would still make much more sense than letting CJ fight all by himself. Also if they die you lose the gang war and it will need some time until you can attack again. ( would be much more challenging) - You should be able to ally with other or smaller gang groups like the aztecas who helps you to defend your hoods during hostel attacks. - You should be able to send some of your homies to defend the hoods which are under attack when you have enough respect. -Gaining respect should be much harder and slower since it will become one of the most important things in the game. - Your homies should carry heavier weapons if you conquered a lot of hoods and become the biggest gang in Los Santos. - You should be able to have truces with other gangs for a certain amount of time so they won't attack you and your hoods. The truce ends when the time runs out or when you start attacking them. It is really annoying that you are in war with other gangs the whole time, especially when you enter their hoods. GTA-Biker Posted May 22, 2016 Share Posted May 22, 2016 I would do this: -make it mandatory that CJ has at least one other GSF member recruited before attacking a rival gang's turf.I agree that it's weird how CJ can start a gang war all by himself -add gang's hideouts.After dealing with all the gangsters outside,you would have to storm their hideout (just some random house or building) and take out the local shot caller inside to take over their turf Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lethal Vaccine Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 (edited) He's one of those people who have 0 Deaths/Busted/Cheats/Mission Failures, like me. So of course if we would be wasted, we would reload. Furthermore, I've been able to do all 54 Gang Wars in SA on PS2 in a row with only saving the game once to avoid so many Safehouse Visits in my Stats. I've always liked challenges. But yeah, all 54 Gang Wars while fighting off the territories that are under attack take all of 60-90 minutes and 100% Gang Territory is taken over already. It's rather easy and boring. The feature itself is alright, I guess, but maybe I have trouble enjoying it since I did these same 54 Gang Wars over at least 5 times now. CJ gets wasted after collecting all Oysters? Reload the game. Mission Failed? Reload the game. CJ gets busted? Reload the game. I lose a Special Vehicle? Reload the game. It's boring to only have 2 mofos to deal with. The GSF should also expand and if you'd conquer more turfs, in some zones they would have different guns and cars or something.
