WORKING Hood Without Mask Glitch!

[Kid-A]

I was messing around with the mask+hat glitch and discovered this awesome glitch!

Equip any of the "Hooded Jackets" in Hoodies.

Go to Mount Chiliad (Preferably in a helicopter.)

Equip the Night Vision Gear.

Do the mask+hat glitch with a beanie and Night vision Gear. (Use the telescope on Chiliad while climbing up the map thing next to it.)

Since I suck at describing it, here's a video I found demonstrating the Mask+hat glitch.

REMINDER: YOU MUST USE NIGHT VISION GEAR AS THE MASK.

Now go to a store and take off the beanie.

Congratulations, you now have a a hooded character with no mask!

Meh, only looks good with a few hairstyles. Any other hair just sticks out of the top of the hood and looks weird.

Meh, only looks good with a few hairstyles. Any other hair just sticks out of the top of the hood and looks weird.

 

It probably looks better with female hair, but I don't have a female character to test it out on.

If you have a pony tail, it'll end up sticking out the back of your hood. There's a much easier glitch on se7ensins that just involves you blowing yourself up whilst on the edge of the hot tub (close enough to be in swimwear).

I was testing the gas mask out with it, but I can't get it to work. Sorry.

You do know it's quicker just to equip earrings right?

 

Equip night vision to get the hood up then equip any earrings. It removes the night vision and the hood stays up. Then just remove the earrings.

Just tried it and it most certainly does not work. (For me anyway.)

Just tried it and it most certainly does not work. (For me anyway.)Forgot to mention it has to be done with the interaction menu. I'll retest myself now.

There is actually an easier version now...

 

~You put on the hoodie

~Then go to a yacht,

~Then put on the Night Vision Goggles(Making the Hood go up),

~Then you go into the Jacuzzi, so that you are in your swimwear,

~Then start to leave the Jacuzzi, stand on the edge of the Jacuzzi right at the point BEFORE your Outfit changes back,

~Now take out an Explosive or Rocket Launcher and place/point it so that it blows you AWAY from the Jacuzzi, and kills you of course,

~Then when you respawn you will spawn WITHOUT a mask, BUT with the Hood up,

~Now go to a Clothing Store or Ammu~Nation and Save the Outfit, (It will be saved, It DOES Stick!)

~Enjoy!

 

This also works if you want to remove the Balaclava(Mask) from the Night Vision Goggles, to do that it is basically the same...
