markers Problem

Well I have downloaded GTA New Vice City 2008 with Save game whenever i start new game it does not show single marker on radar but when i load my game ( Load Game is 100 % Finished ) it show all markers but in race it does not show them and also in new game it does not show any single marker Like L , A Pink marker , Clothes etc Please help me
