Can't buy things

I can't but things at all. I went into is Los customs and the menu would load and I tried to buy some ammo and new guns because I haven't been on sice January and nothing would load. I tried closing the game and then plying again and tht didn't work so if you guys know what to do can you please tell me.

Reinstall the game maybe ?

Have you restarted the console/pc yet?
This could also be an issue with your internet, try going to your connection test and making sure your properly connected.

I tried all these and I still can't do it I deleted the game and redownloaded it I checked my internet connection but nothing seems to work. No matter what I do I can't buy stuff.

Was that in SP or online? If it was in Online, does everything work fine in SP and vice-versa?

I don't think you'll get much help with that here as it seems like an odd problem. I'd contact R* Support if I were you.
