After 3 hours, I finally found a NRG-500, but this one had the engine! Is the glitched variant only available on PC and consoles?

Its available on every platform, but you if you don't reload game after every attempt you won't get NE form.

You have to do something like that:

Save Copbike in garage

Save game there

LOAD Game

Quickly enter garage and enter copbike and start vigilante

Pray for luck to get NRG-500 + Pray for it to be NE, sometimes it doesn't spawn in NE form becouse you was too late with starting whole thing

Second time I've spotted a NRG, this one have the engine too.... I give up, is there another way I can get it without wasting hours and hours of my life?

Lethal Vaccine

I've found 11 of them in my life time during Vigilante. I found 2 of them about a month ago and not yesterday, but the previous two days when I was searching for the NE BF-400 and NE FCR-900, I must of found at least 9 of them. Each day, I found 4-5 of them in Vigilante. I even found a Phoenix (again) and a Turismo (again), plus many more things like NE Campers, NE Slamvans, etc, etc. It's quite easy to find stuff in Vigilante, tbh...

Yeah, pretty much, as I don't see anyone playing the Version I am playing...Not my problem it's difficult to spawn on PC, Mobile, etc, etc. Even in fnxrak's one Video in the Comments it says he only ever saw it on PS2, but nowhere else. Granted, this was a few years ago...

I've spawned the NE NRG-500 back to back to back already two days ago in San Fierro. Loaded game at Doherty, ran to the Garage, did a running jump onto the HPV-1000, activated Vigilante, and drove out. All three Targets upon reloading where the NE NRG-500.

Nothing special...Like I said in my SA Guide Topic, Bikes are easy to spawn in my Version. More Cars spawn, but it's mostly the sh*tty random Cars, when a Bike spawns it's usually a good one, though. I've seen about 7 or 8 NE BF-400's and 3 NE FCR-900's thus far...

I already showed Photos of what I got in Vigilante and such for my Starter Save. Meanwhile, you're still searching such Vehicles and I found all of them already just in a couple days...

I am not searching for them lol. Last time i tried getting the Phoenix was on December 18, 2015, one day before uploading my UC2 Perennial video.

Nice! But who has them and who doesn't? :D:p I am talking the others, not just the easiest one, NE NRG-500. That one out of all Vigilante Vehicles took me the easiest to get and the quickest, unlike the Phoenix which took 3 days of reloading to find...

Like I said, they are easy to get...How many Bikes can spawn in Vigilante? 9. How many Cars? 60+.

If only 9 Bikes spawn in Vigilante and you get a Bike to spawn during Vigilante, you have a decent chance of one of the NE ones to spawn...

I have all 3 NE Bikes in SA and I have the other 6 Bikes in normal form since they can't be NE. All 9 of them will be converted to AP/EC/EM...Having the NRG-500, FCR-900, and BF-400 in NE form is just icing on the cake...

Again, they aren't anything special or difficult to obtain. You just reload. Each reload, and each time you drive to the target Vehicle in Vigilante takes all of, what? 30-45 seconds, sometimes less? It takes very little time. Two days ago, I got one to spawn on the fourth Vehicle in Vigilante upon booting up my PS3, lol...30 minutes later? Probably saw 2 more just in that time frame. In fact, I saw more NE NRG-500's spawning than normal PCJ-600's, Freeways, Sanchez', etc, etc...NRG-500 is the most common one to spawn, in fact, in my game...

Can you give some pictures of your bikes in NE form? I saw a couple of FCR-900 and BFR-400 today, but I didn't see anything special with them...

Also, while I'm a it, is there any way you can obtain the mutant BF-400 outside of the missions? Cause I'm too lazy to start all over again...

I think even less people play my version of San Andreas, xbox original lol. Interested to test my luck on finding this on my version and also because I haven't obtained it before..

Lethal Vaccine

Yeah, I always heard it was rare, but a Phoenix and Turismo spawn after straight up hours of doing nothing but reloading all day, but an NE NRG-500 spawns within 7 or 8 minutes...

Like this...It takes me very little time to get it. I got one two days ago within 4 to 6 minutes of booting up SA. The FIRST time I ever got one to spawn? 15-20 minutes. I've spawned 5 of them in just 60 minutes when I was trying to find the NE FCR-900. That one sucked to get and it's strange since when I was getting these Vehicles for my Starter Save like the Phoenix, Hotknife, Euros, etc, etc, I was able to spawn NE FCR-900's like nothing, as well as the NE BF-400's. When I got the NE BF-400 a couple days ago, it happened after a good hour and when it happened, 3 more spawned back to back, like wtf? All this stuff is easy to spawn or something when I do Vigilante...

When I found these Bikes, I also saw TONS of Faggios, Freeways, PCJ-600s, Pizza Boys, Wayfarers, etc, etc...I was doing it from San Fierro to get the NE FCR-900 and NE BF-400, but I did it from Los Santos when I got the NE NRG-500 for my Starter Save. However, in San Fierro, the NE NRG-500 spawned around 12 times lol...
