Paleto Bay Armored Truck Glitch, Anyone else get it?

I was going to get the spaceship piece in Paleto Bay, and the armored car was there. I went to it, and a car it had spawned on top of blew up. I got wanted from doing nothing. Anyone else get this? Also, on the topic of explosions, in the tunnel used to escape from the first heist, I sometimes hear a random explosion...
